I've always bought cars from this place, even before it got taken over. I'd say the level of service has stayed pretty consistent over the years, but they could definitely do with fixing that coffee machine haha!

I had a great experience buying a car from Trade Centre Wednesbury. The staff were very welcoming snd knowledgable about the specific car I wanted. They answered all questions and were very helpful in getting everything sorted. I would recommend if you are looking for a new car. I’ve had my car for about a month and a half with no issues at all.

The wife and I've bought five or six cars between us from Trade Centre Wednesbury, and the service is always good. There was a bit of a mix-up with the valuation of my p/x this time which was a bit of a shocker...But management stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve everything, so their service levels ultimately turned everything around!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Trade Centre. The customer service is good, and the salespersons are not to pushy. The C3 I purchased is very good, and I have no complaints at this time. The whole process is easy, and I will be a returning customer in the future. I did not purchase insurance from them, but I did find that the 3 different people at 3 different points trying to sell it to me was too pushy, and although I understand that commission is made from this, I did find it extraordinary, but as myself being no pushover, it doesn't really matter to me, but others may find it intimidating, which is not a good look. The salesperson actually selling the vehicles, the set-up, the welcome I get from the dealership, the vehicles are very good, and the experience as a whole is very good, it was just let down with the pressure to buy the insurance.

In the past, I've always purchased my cars from small dealerships. When I was looking to buy a new car recently, one of my work colleagues recommended I give The Trade Centre a try. Everything's been great so far with my Ford Focus, and I found the service from the team at the Wednesbury branch to be excellent.

I'm over the moon with my new Mini. It's such a joy to drive, a lovely car, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase. While the handover did take longer than initially expected as they finalised the finance and paperwork, the team kept me well informed and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I especially appreciated the opportunity to take the car for a test drive beforehand, ensuring it was the perfect fit for me.

Things have been going brilliantly with my VW Corsa. I did notice a slight issue with a squeaking noise coming from the brakes. The Trade Centre immediately reassured me that they would take care of it under the warranty and have been incredibly helpful in arranging for this to be sorted. The sales team at The Trade Centre Wednesbury were all friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. The car was presented in excellent condition. The valet team did a superb job, and the Corsa was spotless inside and out.
