I was welcomed by Dan, he let me look around the cars and was there when I needed his help, I was then passed on to Jacob, my experience with Jacob was good he made sure I understood everything before I signed and made me feel calm, I was then passed on to Lewis in collections, my experience with Lewis was brilliant, he talked me through everything before I signed and made sure I understood the full process, I would recommend trade centre wales Abercynon to every car shopper, the process is smooth and runs like a well oiled machine.

This was my first visit to Trade Centre Wales in Abercynon and I was very impressed with the staff. The lady who assisted me with the finance stood out in particular—she was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I've had a minor issue with my A/C needing to be re-gassed hence why I've not awarded full marks, but I'm generally very happy.

I must admit, our new car is taking a bit of getting used to. We had a diesel manual before, and now we’ve switched to a hybrid automatic, but we’re having a lot of fun with it! The staff at Trade Centre Wales were all very helpful, though it would’ve been nice if there had been enough fuel in the car to drive off the forecourt! The finance company was also a bit awkward to deal with, but I understand they’re a third party, so it’s not necessarily Trade Centre’s fault. I’m happy to give four stars based on our overall experience with the dealership.

Found the car I wanted straight away yousef was very polite and friendly took the car home after an hour whole experience was positive.

We must've bought our last 3 or 4 cars from Trade Centre Wales and have never had any trouble. The same can be said for our latest which is driving really well. We've done about 500 miles in it so far, so it's had a few decent trips out. The young lad who helped us this time around was pretty good too, so all in all it's been another great experience.

Living in Cardiff I know a lot of people who have bought cars from the local branch of Trade Centre Wales, so it was the first place I went when I needed a new runaround. I spotted my car and fell in love with it, so I guess I wasn’t a difficult customer to sell to. That said, the salesman was brilliant and did a great job. However when driving away, I was disappointed to find there was hardly any fuel in the car—I wasn’t even sure if I’d make it to the nearest petrol station. The brake pads are also pretty low, and there’s a bit of a knocking sound from the suspension. I would have expected these issues to be picked up during the 99-point check, but I’ll raise them with the after-sales department. Overall I’m happy to give my experience four stars. I love the car and the service at the point of sale was excellent.

All the staff I met were really lovely, polite and helpful. David who assisted me with the finance paperwork was especially lovely and really friendly, so I hope he reads these reviews for a bit of appreciation!

My new car's been brilliant to be fair, it's a nice little runner. I've not had it long but I've been back and forth to work a few times, taken it on the motorway and it's mega easy to drive. It's impossible not to be pleased with the guys at Trade Centre Wales. They were absolutely top-notch and were really transparent. I expected to be sold a line to be fair but they laid everything out bare and I can't fault them.
