I cannot fault the service with these guys. I had to look for a new car having had to scrap both mine and my wife’s cars within the space of 6 weeks. We went to the value car centre and found a car for each of us. There were no pressure sales and we found the guys at the dealership very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, like any car, things can go wrong and when my one did still within the warranty period, I contacted them & they bent over backwards to resolve and repair the issues. I had regular updates and got my car back today. I dare say that my car is now running even better than when I first got it. Thanks to everyone at the car centre. First class and professional

I was sceptical at first of buying a new car from so far away from home but as soon as I got there the first day I was met with a lovely man called jay who made me feel very welcomed he spoke to me about the car and it’s history then handed me the to go investigate it I fell in love straight away he told me I could take it for a test drive by myself which was strange at first but I felt like I own the car already car was in perfect condition he told me it need a service and once over before letting me take it 3 days later he phoned me to say my cars ready it’s been 2 months now never been happier there’s cars here for everyone’s budget and taste will be coming back soon thanks jay
I have no hesitation recommending the Guys at Value Car Centre. I bought a modest car and they treated me as if it was the most expensive on the Lot, they listened to all my queries patiently and dealt with me in a straight forward, honest manner. They were helpful through the whole process including all online transactions for Road Tax and a Personal number plate. Stewie the Head Mechanic did some extra work and refused a gratuity, " all part of the Service " he said. A genuine pleasure to have done business with them,
I don’t really write reviews unless the product/service is either extremely poor or brilliant. I can say that The Value Car Centre is the latter – excellent. I bought a Porsche Cayenne (the owner’s very own car) from this company and the deal we worked through was very attractive. What pleased me most was their honesty. They agreed to the work to be carried out to the car prior to collection and delivered every aspect. Furthermore, the in-house warranty they offer was logistically impossible as I am from Birmingham but they honoured it at any garage of my choice with a valid receipt. You really can’t get better than that. Even an official Porsche dealer wouldn’t have done this. They are a great team and trustworthy – and although I’m in Birmingham if they had the right car for me I would definitely travel to Norwich again.
It was a really easy process. Everyone was friendly. Very straight forward would buy from them again. I recommend to family and friends!

Brilliant! Really helpful and friendly dealers and good quality cars at the Value Car Centre. I got my Ford Focus back in February and up to now I have had no issues with it that haven't been resolved straight away. The car was in good shape when I got it. The Salesman that I was dealing with was more than helpful, he was easily contactable and just brilliant at his job. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Good service from this dealership. I have had my Citroen C4 for a few months now and the only issue Ive had is that the service light has come on but other than that I have no complaints at all. All of the staff were knowledgeable and able to answer any questions and were all really friendly.

Very happy with the service I received from The Value Car Centre. I purchased a car from them back in August and they were very helpful and friendly. I have had one issue with the car but it was all sorted quickly and easily under the warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I am super happy with my Citroen Picasso that I got from this dealership back in July. I was absolutely immaculate and in really good shape and I have had no issues with it what so ever. the dealer was a really nice bloke, very friendly and knowledgeable.
