*Avoid at All Costs TWP Car Sales* Untrustworthy and Manipulative Dealer. Recently, I had an absolutely horrendous experience with TWP car sales, who I believe uses Auto Trader’s platform to trap potential clients. The moment you claim for a repair, *Ash* starts to bully you and make every attempt to shift the blame onto you.He retains your car for long periods of time by making false promises of repairing the car, hoping you’ll get frustrated and leave them alone. This dealer is exploiting and manipulating customers at every turn. I have already logged complaints against this dealer. It's your decision whether you want to trust this dealer or not.

UNDRIVABLE CAR AFTER 2 MONTHS, FAKE MOT I was sold a BLACK BMW 320D on the 19th February 2024 with A YEARS MOT (MOT was done on the 21/2/24) and within 2 months of ownership the O/S/R axle snapped due to rust (this, without a doubt, should have been noticed during it's MOT on 21st February 2024), as well as the O/S metal brake line breaking causing me to lose my brakes entirely (both faults diagnosed by mechanics at Biggleswade MOT Centre LTD). I am currently in the process of resolving this issue with TWP but every interaction I have had with "Ash" of TWP Cars since the faults occurred and were reported have been negative at best, he is condescending and rude especially on the phone when discussing what actions to take after the car became UNDRIVABLE. I and others I've discussed the issue with believe the MOT the car was sold with was bodged and rushed so that they could get the car out to me as soon as possible. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Buy a car at your peril from these cowboys. I really don’t know how they can still operate in these days of reviews. Stay well clear !!

All of the cars I saw had obvious faults, some of them dangerous such as corroded top mounts. One car had two bald tyres and a nail in a third tyre. The man kept banging on about a years MOT with every car and if you check the cars on the lot many of them, even the dangerous ones, have a years MOT with no advisories. Obviously putting dodgy MOTs on them. Avoid this place, get a car in a private sale for £200 less in better condition.

You’re not wrong there, car was virtually undrivable and refused to take car back, all tyres were under inflated and engine was in a dire state after being inspected by a mechanic. Stay well clear of these cowboys.

l totally agree.they are very sly.know exactly how long car is road worthy.l bought a car from these people 1800.within 7 months l had to scrap it.l found out after l paid for full service the suspensions were so badly corroded it was a car accident waiting to happen.l know how you feel.if only others took advice before someone buys a car from them and gets killed.
I have purchased two cars from The Wheels People, both under £800, and both have lasted me for three years or more. The last one I bought had a slight issue, but they took care of it straight away, without quibbling, and I was really pleased. Would, and do, always recommend them for somebody to purchase a runaround from.
