We in just to look at a few car and ended up driving out with one. Great service, no pushy sales tack ticks and very knowledgeable about the cars. All the team were polite and friendly and could not of done more to help me. Went out in 3 cars and not once was the pressure for me to buy out on me. I have had the car for over a month now and not had any issues with it.
If you are enquiring about a car you will get a quick response, thereafter you will be ignored it's as simple as that. Promises to return calls never happen - strange how when I was buying I was never left alone with calls and emails isn't it. The people you need to speak to are never available. £1198.45 of repairs required on a car I've had a matter of weeks, had to pay £198.45 of that myself because 4 days in WOC still hadn't bothered to call the garage and pay despite the finance company assuring me they would do so. I will amend this review as and when I receive my £198.45 back in my account. Honestly absolutely disgusted with how I've been treat as a customer, completely ignored all emails I've sent, texts, voicemails, even when I complained about being ignored and was promised I would receive a call back within 30 minutes without fail, 3 days later guess what, still no contact. I need my £198.45 back, I rely on that money to eat and live and the fact that this company literally don't care less says everything. They don't care if your kids go without food, it's scandalous and quite honestly The World of Cars in Rugby ought to be ashamed.

Brought a fiat 500 for my daughter from them today. Couldnt fault tye service. No pressure and not BS. Called them in the morning and arranged to view the car as I was come some miles, I asked for a honest description of the car so I dont waste there time or mine and it sounded to good to be tru. But when I got there the car was as describe. Great condition and as described. Highly recommended The World of Cars.

My car was too small, I needed a bigger one. Amber sent me details of all the cars in my price range, I chose one and it was on my driveway within the week! The World of Cats is a great company to deal with.
Brought a car from the world of cars in coventry. Got good rates on the finance and drove home the same day. Good service
So traded my working car for a car had it five hours and there was what we believe a minor oil leak.. drove the car 400+ miles and minor oil leak turned into major oil leak and a seized engine. It is what it is nobody could have foretold this would happen what counts is what happened next. World of cars rugby were brilliant found another car that fitted my requirements transported the car the 400miles to me within 5 days. Yes it was annoying not being able to get to work yes it was frustrating buying a car and 5 hours later the car being useless. BUT customer service and fixing the problem is what counts. Well done to everyone at The World of Cars.

Don’t trust there cars, are all damaged one way or another some not even registered with DVLA. I had problems with the car I bought from 2nd day and they just kept passing the buck now I’m left owing finance company £1500 from the £6500 I borrowed, as insurance only paid out what it was worth after having a accident in it. The world off cars was suppose to give me £1000 And only gave me £700 my van so now no car or van and owe finance company. Well told them to take me to court whistle for their money cause no one getting another penny out of me now I can’t even work.
