We have now had 3 cars from the world of cars, and I swear it gets better every time! We have previously had an Audi and a Nissan, but the Kia Sportage has to be my favourite by far! I cannot fault it, its spot on! We were lucky enough to deal with Martin on this occasion and he went above and beyond what was expected. He knew that we were struggling for transport so went out of his way to ensure it was ready for collection before the day we had originally agreed, he made sure it had a new MOT put on it, and even picked us up from the train station! Now that's what I call good service.
My partner and I were in need of a new car so set about looking online. We weren't actually looking for a C4, but the pictures just caught our eye. Luckily we live relatively local to The World of Cars so we went down to have a look. It was just as nice in person as was pictured online, so we decided to proceed with the purchase. We dealt with Martin throughout, and I have to say, he made everything very easy. We would definitely buy from here again! but not for a while though... we like the C4 too much.

Having had such a good experience the first time round, I decided to by my GLA from here too. I've had a couple of issues with the car, but The World of Cars have been on hand to make sure everything gets sorted, which is really reassuring. Its a refreshing change to know a car dealer is on hand to assist even after the sale has been complete.

Really impressed with my experience at The World of Cars - I bought a BMW that was really well presented when I went to pick it up. Its clear that time had been taken to valet it ready for collection. Amber was great throughout, I cant fault her. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others.

I had a very good experience when buying my Insignia, Mark was very friendly and made the purchase easy. What's not so easy is getting use to the electric handbrake! Having previously had a Mondeo, with a manual handbrake, I am finding it rather difficult to adjust, but I'm sure I will get there! Other than that, the car is perfect. Definitely a 10/10 from me.

I couldn't have asked for any better from TWOC, from beginning to end, they have been absolutely brilliant to deal with. The Kuga is a lovely car, I am loving the drive of it, it is everything I have been wanting and needing. As for the customer service, I would recommend them to anyone, they have been fantastic with me, I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and it was such a quick easy sale. They completely took the stress off of my shoulders, I couldn't have asked for much more really!
