I have had no issues whatsoever with my Vauxhall, it has been a lovely car to drive so far and has made me a very happy customer! Martin was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he was a fantastic salesman and really took care of me during the sale. Any and every question I had was answered, and he had great communication even after the sale. I would be more than happy to recommend The World of Cars to others, and would definitely go back to Martin again!

I recently bought a Ford B-Max from and it all went really straightforward. Throughout the whole process the team stayed in good contact with me and it was really appreciated! The Ford itself is perfect. I can't think of a single thing more I could have wanted from them. It will be a solid five stars from me.

I did have a little issue to begin with, with the Tipo, however the team have been amazing in sorting that out for me and rectifying the issue. I was dealing with Amber and she has been a real credit to the company, she was very polite and helpful right from the beginning. Any question I had was answered and the viewing of the car was completely stress free. I can't fault the way she handled the situation, and would happily go back again!

It was a really enjoyable experience buying from The World of Cars, it was a really nice environment to buy from, I didn't feel pressured or rushed, it was a really easy, simple sale. I purchased a car from The World of Cars approximately six months ago. It was a cash purchase and included an AA warranty within the price. Given the age of the car (2013) it's inevitable some repairs will be needed over time and as such I have had suspension and electrical issues resolved under the warranty. This is not where my issue lies. I recently took my car into Halfords to investigate a clunking/crunching noise. They discovered that the gear box mount had been spray painted metallic silver to hide its deteriorating condition. Quite an irresponsible and dangerous action to such a crucial component! The Halfords mechanic predicted they would deny all responsibility and he was right! Whilst I agree it is possible this was done by someone other than The World of Cars I also think they have taken the easier (and cheaper) option of denying it. If it was there before, surely it should of been picked up in their pre-sale checks? Anyway I guess it's there word against mine and there's no way to prove it either way. I do not want to accuse them of lying as it may have already been there, I just want potential purchasers to be aware of my experience.
