I have always been drawn to German cars, but I have never had an Audi. I was at a dealership local to me and had a look at an Audi A5, and I loved it. I went online to see if there were any in slightly better condition. When I come across Preston Audi, who had one that was in pristine condition, you would think it had come straight from the factory. When I saw it at the dealership, it matched the ad perfectly, and I was blown away by the tech the car came with. Darren from the dealership was a godsend; he spent the time to explain how all the controls worked and even paid for a taxi to collect me from the train station so I could and collect the car.

I've had my Audi Q5 for a little while now and it's been excellent to drive. To finish off my whole experience I'm currently waiting for the electric charger to arrive but I've only had the car for a short time so I'm sure it will be delivered soon. Zahida was the sales woman on the day and she provided brilliant customer service! I couldn't fault her assistance throughout the process. As a returning customer I knew exactly what to expect because I know the team quite well at this point because I think I've 3 cars from here now. I believe the first car was an Audi Q3, the second was a leased A3 and the most recent purchase is my 23 plate Audi Q3 which I absolutely love! Me and my other half couldn't be happier with it. Even though we owned one before we were really taken back by the features that comes with the newer model. Hopefully we get the chance to visit Preston Audi again, because every time I visit, I'm always very impressed with how efficient the team is at getting everything sorted for us. I couldn't ask for more.
