When I first bought the car I noticed a small scratch on it but when I brought this to their attention they provided me with a courtesy car whilst they got this sorted, which I thought was really good of them. They took ownership of the problem very quickly and I know if I return to them in the future they will look after me. An outstanding service and I would not think twice about coming back here again when I need to upgrade my car.

This was a return visit to Preston Audi, I previously bought an Audi TT from them and part exchanged this from my Audi Q5. Ifan was very professional, friendly and went out of his way to help with any questions or queries, he was an all round lovely gentlemen. He understood every question that I asked and answered them with a warm smile and great information. I am over the moon with my new car, it is absolutely gorgeous and drives beautifully. The Audi Q2 that I bought from here is an absolutely beauty, I love it to bits. Our sales advisor Ifan is the perfect example of an amazing salesman, he is so easy to get on with, the most helpful person I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. I would not consider going to another dealer after the outstanding service that Preston Audi delivered, already recommended these to a few people I know also.

Our Audi is great, we are more than happy with it! it is a lovely comfortable drive. Paul was fantastic to deal with, so polite and professional. He was great and very patient with us. Would come back to Preston Audi when we require an upgrade without hesitation.

After our Volvo V40 was unfortunately written off, we were given a courtesy car - an Audi A3, and we were smitten with it! Although we were initially considering another Volvo, we decided to explore the Audi A3s, and we ended up choosing a sleek silver one. I'm incredibly pleased with how things turned out. We wouldn't have ever considered an A3 or even an Audi had we not had the pleasure of driving one as a courtesy. From the person we met initially to the lady who handled everything, the experience was fantastic. Without a doubt, is it 5/5 for me!

I had an Audi A1 previously and I use to take it for a regular service to Audi Preston when I moved from London to Preston. I decided that the time had come to get something with less mileage and a newer model so I went to see them and I were greeted at their showroom by their sales man who's name was Paul. Paul welcomed me with open arms and he was so polite and friendly, he answered every single question which I had and he let me take my time looking at the car and inspecting it before making the decision to buy it. I would certainly come to these again when I want to upgrade and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for an Audi.
