I am best impressed with the customer service I received form the loviest salesman Ifan, he was incredible. He showed great patience, I originally chose a different car then changed my mind, he was so cool with this and helpful from start to finish, there was no pushiness in the slightest and he really took into consideration my needs and wants all at times. I didn't really think the process was going to be so smooth, I imagined a lot more stress, faffing around but I was wrong. It was super easy and so straightforward! I can't rate these guys highly enough. I am full of praise for Preston Audis team!

Hey folks, just wanted to drop a quick review about my experience with my car. So far, everything's going smoothly and the car is holding up nicely - no complaints there. Had a minor hiccup with the initial contact, but they got it sorted out, so no biggie. I'm enjoying the driving experience, and this is kind of my jam. I've had something similar before, but I decided to switch things up with the S3, and I'm really digging it. Shoutout to Ifan for being super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They walked me through everything, made sure I got it, and honestly, it was a 5-star service. Can't stress enough how easy they made it during a potentially stressful time. Big thumbs up from me!

I am overall very happy with the new Audi Q5 that I purchased from Preston Audi, all was as expected and I am happy with all aspects of the sale. The car is in great condition, the salesmen were spot on and the customer service was shining .. Just like the 5 stars I am rating them.

This was probably one of the quickest and easiest cars I have ever bought, it was also the easiest decision I've ever made! Buying the RS3 from Preston Audi was a breeze! Everything was organised all over the phone with Darren, I paid the deposit, sorted the finance, then went down on the Sunday to collect it, as simple as that. As the car was brand new, I knew it would be in showroom condition so I wasn't worried about any of that. I arrived there was was greeted by Darren who was a great bloke, he was really efficient with the sale and already had everything ready to go when I arrived. Everything went through really smoothly I've got no complaints or issues, great experience on the whole!

I have been to a number of different Audi centres over the years, and I must say Preston Audi is definitely up there with being one of the best I have visited! Darren was exceptional to deal with, he couldn't do enough for me! He was absolutely spot on, really quick, really efficient and a really nice chap to get along with. I am extremely happy with the RSQ3, it is a fantastic car to drive with some very impressive features!

He was that good I even bought him some choccies and a bottle of wine just to say a big thank you! My Q2 is that nice my mum is thinking of getting one too, we are both in awe of it!

Oh I absolutely love the Q5, what a beaut she is! It is such a gorgeous car and is so lovely to drive! It was Darren who I liaised with from the start and he was brilliant, such a lovely guy. We had a bit of a problem getting the tag off of the car but he got that sorted as quick as possible, so I have zero complaints! Really really pleased on the whole!
