I've got no problem rating 5 stars because I didn't have any issues. Darren was the salesman on the day and he was brilliant. He showed us around the car, showed us all of the controls, and how everything works, which was helpful with it being my first Audi A4. It was also my first time at the Preston branch, and I've got no complaints.

Darren made the whole car buying experience such a good one for me because he was happy to go at my speed and he wasn't pushy at all, I found him to be really helpful. I've had my Q3 since November and I'm enjoying the car.

Darren couldn't have done enough for me on the day of purchase. I had a look around the car without any pressure, he managed to answer all of my questions and once I expressed my interest in the car, he offered a test which sealed the deal for me. I love my Audi Q2 and touch wood I've not had any issues with.

My daughter is really chuffed with her car for the time she has had it. - I've not driven the car myself but she hasn't mentioned any issues, so I think she is happy with it. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was a lovely guy and did everything possible to make sure we felt comfortable about purchasing the car.
