The dealership is very accessible and easy to locate which was a great start when buying a car, and everything after that went really smooth. I had no real issues while I was enquiring about the Audi. I was offered a test drive once I was happy with the answers to my questions and it was a really friendly team who sold me the car.

I needed something quick, and the team were happy to accommodate this and pushed everything through quickly. I'm still getting used to all the new options/ features on the car but Ill learn as I go. The service from Paul was fantastic – since the paperwork was sorted out quickly, there were no problems at all and he still explained everything clearly. 5* experience from me! I wouldn't do anything differently. Big thank you!

So far I'm getting on fine with my new car, it's running just as it should. We're only 20 minutes away from the dealership, so it's nice to know we're local if we ever need to pop in. The customer service was excellent and the guy who looked after me and my husband was lovely. I found him to be really professional, friendly, and he couldn't do enough for us. I left the dealership feeling well looked after.

No complaints from me at all! I'm very much still enjoying my Q2 and I found Darren was excellent to deal with throughout.

I recently got my new Q5, and I’m absolutely loving it! The whole experience was fantastic, from start to finish. The customer service was top-notch, they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I honestly can't find a single thing to fault them on. They were so friendly and attentive, answering all my questions and making the process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a new car, I highly recommend checking them out. Not my first Audi, as I do love my Audis, but it is my first from these guys, and they have truly been great. Had a little hiccup with it, where there was some scuff marks on the seat, but Matt is amazing down at Preston Audi and has told me to bring it in so he can get the fabric redone. Mechanically the car is beautiful, just takes a while getting used to a new car, but this isn't my first rodeo! Customer service is five stars. Matt was great, explained everything, communicated with me, and could go straight to him if I had any issues.

Travelled 5 hours just to head down to these guys! Honestly, wish it was closer because these are the only guys I'd go to. Cannot fault them at all. First time coming down to Preston Audi and I'm glad I did. Loving my new Q8, and it honestly could not have gone better. Absolute top notch dealership. Had my A1 for just over a month now. Luckily, touchwood, I’m having no issues with it so far. I was really impressed with the experience, and everything was all good to go when I got there.
