The Q8 has been perfect up to now, not had any issues and it was exactly as described. The customer service I received was great everyone was really attentive and helpful and catered to my every need. From start to end it was really smooth sailing, can't fault them.

Arrived at dealer after a 40mile journey, to buy a 2019 AUdI Q3 Advertised on website. Viewed Car, everything appeared fine then asked the Sales person for Part Exchange deal. After viewing my car and answering many questions the sales person disappeared what I assume was the Sales Managers office returning with a offer of £9,000 for my Car, As I wasn’t happy with the offer the sales person asked what a was expecting, my reply was around £11,000 as I had been offered this three weeks ago against the same Car and age approximately £2000 less but decided not to buy as it had no sunroof. So he said he would see what he could do returning from the Sales managers office showing me the value of my car on (we buy any Car.com) £10,250. So your offer of £9,000 still stands. Hence I expressed my disappointment and left the dealership may I say very unhappy, feeling should I by another AUDI if that’s how they value their own cars
I bought a Q3 from Raj and Les at Preston Audi and they couldn't do more to help me from start to finish. A really friendly and professional experience and will go back in a heartbeat when it's time for a new one. I can't recommend them enough.

Brand new q7 bought in Dec 2018 and first sign of things going wrong started Feb 2019. Car electrical faults from jerking violently in reverse, cutting out whilst driving, pre sense signs going off. The Motor ombusdman offered the dealership to either replace or reject the car. No response. 8 months later a final decision of rejection which took 8 weeks to complete. Whilst awaiting the car breaks down due to the electrical faults I've experienced and I started to try and fix the car and spent 3k then they had the audacity to charge me another 3k to fix once the car was rejected Customer care non existent, not one apology for putting my families life at risk. Lie after lie even when call recordings were showing this was the case. Do NOT deal with this company if you value your families safety and your hard earned money.
Poor customer service from their service department and liars in their management team. Do not buy an Audi A5 Coupe Black Edition (Registration: PN70 GVO) from them. They cannot repair three of the issues, faulty MMI, Mechanical Engine Noise & Faulty Aux Battery. If you do buy you will have nothing but trouble. Beware- they’re rip off merchants. Don’t waste your money.

So, we want to buy a car. We have 3 models in mind and our budget. One is an Audi. We phone up to organise a test drive on the Monday for the following Saturday. Turn up and they have no knowledge of the booking. They are all too busy and there is no car anyway for a test drive. The member of staff who I spoke to denied all knowledge and another member of staff was too busy giving a kiss to someone he knew who had come to visit him in the garage. We complained and pointed out we had driven a 30 mile round trip for this but this got us nowhere. Tough. Come back another time. At your cost. Phoned the manager in the end after being laughed at by one staff member on the way out. He tracked phone records and admitted we had been 'overlooked'. He explained they rarely get complaints. When I pointed out that they had a bad reputation with other people we knew he said 'well we sell 60 cars a week so we must be ok'. Rightio. So you don't want 61 this week then? Be very aware of this garage. Later that day we walked into a BMW showroom in Blackpool. The difference was huge. Friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Staff willing to help and speak to you.
