I bought a seat Ibiza and after going just about everywhere we came across Thorpe end....I was greeted and asked if I need any help. Left alone throughout which was perfect. 4 weeks after driving the car battery failed ,said they would fit new battery .they had only fitted another old battery, no hand book in the car twice said they would send me one ,still waiting, did not even change the oil last service was 12 months ago, rear brake pads were rubbing on disc ,i was told new cambelt fitted but not that it was replaced 4 years ago
