Bought a Lexus for this dealership dealt with Ashley over the phone ( silly me) who assured me the vehicle was clean. Ashley not been totally honest with me about the condition of the car. Yes it's 10 year's old. There's scratches on the boot lid that someone has poorly tried to rub out and made a mess of it. Scratches on the the bonnet scratch down the the driver's door. The two back tyres are barely legal one has a gash it which I sent Ashley picture of which definitely NOT legal by the way and shouldn't of passed MOT. The driver side door and wing has also had some kind of repairs done to it. I asked you if the car was clean and if it had anything at all wrong with it. Your words were NO ITS IN GOOD CONDITION.

Found the perfect car.. however problems on delivery... wasn’t too bothered as was told it was probably a battery problem, was told by the dealer that I would be reimbursed for new battery..so paid for a new battery but no payment 6 weeks later!!
