Bought a brand new car in June, got the car home to find further scratches on the wing mirror. I have been chasing for six months to get a replacement wing mirror and still nothing. They're quick to take your money but don't want to offer any after service.

Chloe was very efficient, amazing customer service skills. I picked my new car up and she was so helpful , went through the paperwork and helped sort my tax out for me and cancel my old one. Nothing was ever too much trouble , the experience was really amazing to the point I have every confidence in the after sales part too as she’s so efficient . Chloe responds very quickly to calls or emails . Definitely recommend this garage .

Stan McDonald has sold me two cars I am waiting for the second one now. He is always busy as he takes time when you are with him and does not hurry you. Therefore I don't mind waiting as I know I will have the time I need. I am waiting for the SRI corsa, he gave me a really good price for my old car much more than webuyanycar offered and I will get petrol in the tank and a free years service. The service was excellent thank you stan I cant wait to pick up my new car. Never known an actual dealership with such POOR customer quality as Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall Dunstable. Call the car back on a recall. Then we're told sorry but we don't have the part. Then the alarm is faulty. In twice for diagnosis . Problem diagnosed. Need to order parts. We'll get back to you. Two weeks later and failing to answer the phone multiple times. We take time out to actually call in to find out what's happening. Staff on the desk can't find the car on the system so helpfully go and speak to the technician who diagnosed the fault. It might be the lock, it might be the interior light. Hang on you've already quoted £345. Now you ell me you're not really sure what is causing the problem and no parts have been ordered. So how do you know it's £345.00. Needless to say we will not now or ever again use this dealership. Heavy costs. No idea.
