booked mot with pick up and drop off but a few days latter they said they will not do the pick up so phoned them up and was told a team member would return my call, they never did

Visited Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall recently to purchase a new Vauxhall Vive for my wife. Was told she could have a test drive in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still waiting and the salesman who was dealing with us was seen sitting down at a desk in the showroom dealing with another customer whilst my wife and I were left waiting on the cold forecourt. Went home and phoned them. Apology received asked to return for that test drive promised in 5 minutes hours later. Having decided to purchase a car, did the paper work told to return next day 8am to collect car which was supposed to have been valeted by then. PDI already done as it was a pre-registered car. Arrived at the showroom at 8am next day as planned to collect car. salesman arrived on time but car had not moved since the day before. No valet. Salesman suggested we run it down to the local car wash or wait until later that day to collect it. Valeting staff due to arrive between 9 and 9.30am. Went home again. Called at 10.30am car ready for collection. Wife drove car home with approximately 1 pint of petrol in the tank. As a former retail manager I would rate the service 1/10. Had my wife not wanted the car quickly would have travelled elsewhere (Northampton) to buy the car. This is not a well run dealership if our experience is anything to go by.

Customer service at Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall is unacceptable, brand new mokka purchased, half of puncture repair kit missing!!! Scratched glove department, still waiting for repair, plus other issues.
