Purchased a vehicle from these guys at Thurlow & Nunn, Kings Lynn. Bought an extended warranty which they highly recommended. I unfortunately experience the following: * shoddy customer service * A Platinum Warranty that covers nothing. Absolute waste of money and time., * Directors were simply useless. Again waste of money and time paying these guys who did nothing. * Director and owners in their own words “ we pride ourselves as a family business”.. absolute nonsense. * Service Team on two occasions quoting me for repairs on a vehicle that turned out to be untrue. Either on 2 occasions the service team were incompetent or they just like booking vehicles in and charging the world for repairs that turned out to be not needed. Not sure what’s going on there. . Simply just don’t buy a car from this business. Looking at previous reviews I now can understand why they have a bad rating.
We purchased a car on the 4th of August they told me they would repair the alloy wheels we are still waiting for them to turn up maybe they when I start the court proceedings

I had my car delivered to me and when I got it the alloy wheels had not been touched at all and the salesperson said she would have them done now they won't even answer the phone all I want is your money and then don't give a s***

Bought a used Peugeot 3008 from Thurlow Nunn, Kings Lynn. Pre-sales and sales service were fine but after sales has been a complete joke. Firstly, when I picked up the car it had a dent in the door. I pointed it out to the sales person and was assured it would be repaired asap. However, it took constant emails from me for over a month before someone was sent out to repair the dent. I also purchased a Diamondbrite treatment and aftercare pack. It’s 9 months since I purchased the car and I still haven’t received my aftercare pack, despite numerous email requests. And now the black paintwork on the roof is peeling. Again, I contacted the dealer and they said they won’t do anything and that I should to contact Peugeot directly. It really seems as if once a sale is complete, they couldn’t care less after that! Avoid this place if you value good customer service!

Absolutely furious with the car dealership Thurlow Nunn in kings Lynn I bought my second hand car from there and paid over 4 grand in hopes everything would be perfect. From the get go there was problems it even took me a week to get the car because after I’d paid for it they started to tell me there was problems. It’s my first car and I’m gutted that I spent all this money on it for it to constantly have problems, I bought a years warranty with my car just in case of issues but even with that I was told that my problems warranty doesn’t cover and was constantly fobbed off. It took me weeks to get in contact with them when I needed to every time I rang it was a ‘well ring you back’ and never did.. I feel like for such a big company the staff are incompetent, rude and Untrustworthy. I am deeply disappointed with my service here and I would not recommended this garage to anyone, my friends and family certainly won’t be visiting here. I even simply asked for my petrol money to be reimbursed as a simple sorry for my problems and even that couldn’t be met. They have no customer service skills what so ever and I will never recommend not visit this garage again. I will be contacting vaxhaul dealership head office myself and hope for my probelm to be attended to as it should of been initially
Fantastic Service from Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall in Kings Lynn. Took my car there for a recall as unsure it would be a fault I would have to pay for Vauxhall fixed free of charge and picked up same day very please with Vauxhall.
