I absolutely agree with you. Tiley Motors is a joke, cars are dangerous not up to scratch the MOT has been fabricated and the service manager Barry is an absolute joke he will promise to fix things but he won't do it. They all lie through their teeth. I brought a car from them and since then I have been having issue after issue. Now the car is not drivable as it is dangerous to drive.
A wide range of stock to choose from. Very experienced salesman and very helpful to make my decision. Would highly recommend.
Never purchase and Free MOT is a trap.. I bought a car the screen have two mark. They said repair as a new are lies. Free MOT is a trap careful everyone.

I totally agree with you. They are a dodgy dealership everything they do seems fishy and there isn't any transparency between the dealership and the customer. Whatever work they do in the garage is a total mystery to me. They are a bad dealership since a car I bought from them doesn't work now and is sitting with multiple issues which they didn't fix before the car was sold. Bearing in mind that I've had the car only 5 months.
From start to finish Ezio was fantastic and very professional. Was able to send some videos of the car and help to arrange the finance prior to the visit. On collection, again top service and was able to drive away very happy. Highly recommended
I am very disappointed and highly regretted buying a car from Tiley. I bought the Nissan Qashqai from Tiley in the month of July 2022. Within one month I had to replace the battery because it was completely flat and now when I did MOT, it also failed because the driver-side headlight adjustment motor was not there. I do not know what type of checks Tiley performs before selling the car. So not even a year, I ended up paying £100 for the battery and £250 for that motor. The tires are in advisory and had been told to me that the tires have been replaced. I would never recommend Tiley. it questions the genuinity of the TIley. I contacted them also but no response, they might know they are in fault.

Tushar P. I'm in the same boat as you I bought a car from them and within days there were problems with the car bearing in mind the car "PASSED MOT" based on the information stated by Tiley. Yet again the car is not drivable and is currently dangerous to drive. You are in your right to seek help and for Tiley to resolve and fix the issue. Contacting them and sending emails is like talking to a brick wall they just don't care, they are too busy responding to reviews rather than helping loyal and hard-working customers which they have/had.
Purchased a car from Tiley Motors, Bristol. I chose it because it was 4 wheel drive and fully serviced. On having the breaks looked at by another garage 6 weeks after purchase. (Handbrake was failing) I discovered it definitely had not been serviced on purchase as promised, and the prop shaft was missing. This meant the car was not 4 wheel drive. Tileys had it back to put a prop shaft on it. Surprisingly they already had one on the shelf to fit my car. After 2 weeks I was told it was ready for collection. Had a day off work, drove all the way there and car was still in their garage being worked on. When I got the car back, it had problems when turning the wheels. So after looking at my rights, I rejected the car and told them I would take matters further if I did not get a full refund. I got my refund in full. I never got any phone calls from Tileys, It was always me chasing up the progress on my car. There was 111 miles put on my car whilst in for the prop shaft repair. I took photos of the mileage etc.Do not take any notice of the 3 month warranty if you have car problems. Look up the car dealer Consumer rights act 2015. You do not have to keep a faulty car or get it fixed yourself. It is their responsibility. I was sold a car not fit for purpose. Would be no stars, but you have to put at least one to publish the review.

K.L. I was also sold a car that passed it's MOT in their garage but days after purchasing the dashboard light came on which took them multiple attempts to locate the issue. Since then I have had problem after problem with the car and they keep saying they will fix things but they never do as more issues arise. It seems as if they fix one thing damage something else so you end up coming again and again. It seems like to me that they haven't got a clue what they are doing with the cars they sell. I'm glad you managed to get a full refund. I am currently fighting a battle with them. Definitely nothing good to say. The sad reality of the situation is that Tiley wants all the money they can get from customers and get away with it.
Bought a car from here, sale was great, staff very accommodating and friendly. There was an issue with the electric wing mirror being damaged and not working, which I pointed at before agreeing to purchase. I was assured the part would be ordered and they would call to let me know when I could return for it to be repaired. We are now over 2 months on, I still have not received the log book and I still have not had a call about repairing the wing mirror as agreed when I purchased. I have made several attempts to call them and each time I have been told someone will call me back: they never have. Very disappointing aftercare experience. I will be making a final attempt to get this rectified before making a formal complaint.

A.D. They are terrible at replying the amount of emails and calls I've made they just don't respond and ignore emails or they say someone will call you back but they never do. Take matters further that is the only way they will be able to take responsibility for the scams they do with selling dodgy cars.

To add to my review: At the 3 month mark the engine needed to be replaced! They replaced engine (and wing mirror) after a slightly heated exchange from a suggestion that I caused the damage. When they found the issue it was clear I had not and they replaced. But even since then I've had no end of issues come up.
I purchased a car from Tileys that was not fit for purpose when I returned with it they said they would fix, said fix was done and I picked car back up only to find it still had the same issue argued with them for 3 weeks until they eventually agreed to replace it. Picked up nee car I drove away with no tax on it and then later found When I was told figures were the same they actually aren’t!! Original was £5200 replacement £4990 and finance monthly amount is higher on replacement?! Total joke of a company

I recently bought a family car from Tileys. Absolutley appalled at the service and attitude at this Garage, unsafe and faulty cars. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole. Eventually the car was put right after alot of upset and stress. The owner was extremely rude throughout. Absolutley horrendous experience.

WASTE OF TIME THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE CAR SINCE I HAD THE CAR ALL I HAVING IS TROUBLE WITH THE CAR TRY TO SORT IT WITH THEM AND THEY SAY THERE NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR WHEN THERE IS DONT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM AT ALL THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!!
