I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y from TMUK Trading Ltd, and I can honestly say I am now extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the service I have received. Shortly after purchasing the car, I experienced some concerns relating to the suspension and steering. I raised these with TMUK and arranged a Tesla diagnostic inspection. Although the process took some time and required persistence on my part, TMUK ultimately did exactly what a responsible dealer should do. They reimbursed my Tesla diagnostic costs in full and supported the resolution of the issues. The vehicle is now in excellent condition and drives beautifully. I would especially like to thank Hafiz and the entire TMUK team for honouring their commitment and bringing the matter to a satisfactory conclusion. Their actions have restored my confidence and demonstrated that they are prepared to stand behind the vehicles they sell.
