The car was sold 5 minutes before I arrived. I wrote one day before my arrival to reserve this car for me. When I arrived there the car was being sold. I was sure the car was waiting for me, I took a day off work to go there. I lost a lot of money

This was the 2nd car is brought through TMD Motors. The first time I was greeted with excellent customer service and care. It was the same the second time around. However, a few days after collected my car I noticed that there was an issue. I got the car just short of a month ago and I'm still waiting for a response from them.

I bought my VW Golf Plus Dune in May 18, and I must say it was a very pleasurable experience. Mindy and the other staff were very helpful. If only buying a car was always this easy and stress free. Really pleased with my new purchase and the service i received.

I bought a car over the phone from Mindy. He was helpful and polite and gave me all the information I needed. I agreed a price with him over the phone and wanted to give him a deposit. He said it was not necessary as we had an agreement. I am a distance sale so told him I would book my flight and get a train to his dealership early next week. He said that was fine he would take car off sale and reserve it for my arrival. 6 Hours later I get an abrupt email to say he had just sold the car to another customer. This is after I booked flights and train. I called 12 times and my call was avoided. Eventually it was answered and the guy I spoke to Thomas had no interest, just tough luck. I think I had a lucky escape as if this is what these characters do before you collect a car imagine what they would be like if something went wrong. Steer Clear! No Integrity.
