Tollbridge Used Car Centre explained everything for me on the day when I bought a Ford from here in March, they were very helpful and also the service was really quick, the paperwork was sorted straight away and the car was ready to pick up after a couple of days.

My review of Tollbridge Used Car Centre begins by saying that I found them to be a despicable company. Sold me a car which had several inherent problems. Then denied there were any problems. I went out of my way for fault confirmation and ended up footing the bill for a report carried out by a franchised garage after a report they had done confirmed that the car was in peak physical condition. Oddly, their "Independent" engineer didn't pick up on a single one of the several issues picked up on by the Franchised Garage. Leaking rear shock, tracking was off, mishapen tyre, brake lights not working, brake disc scored/corroded, front and back wipers dysfunctional (needed to be replaced). Deal with these people at your own risk; if you have any problems, it will be a nightmare as it was for me. The worst thing is that the car was put back on sale immediately for someone to go through the same issues I had.
