Tom Hartley is the best businessman I have ever dealt with. Sold 2 cars with Tom including a Ferrari F30 spyder recently and he was at hour house within an hour of calling him. Told me what he would pay for the car and the deal was done within days. A man of his word on both occasions and would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a supercar

Bought a car which in Tom Hartleys words was immaculate and wanted for nothing! He gave misinformation about where the car was serviced and warranty etc and we literally had to battle to get anything he promised once he had our deposit, he tried going back on things we’d agreed! 2 months after we had the car it required £8000 worth of work which we have proof was required previous to us buying it! Speaks to you like an idiot or just refuses to answer you if you have any issues... so please please do not buy a car from him unless you’re getting it checked out thoroughly by a main dealer beforehand! Absolute crook! No standards, morals or integrity!

Mr Hartley is an awful person with an over inflated sense of self importance. Do not buy a car from this man

We’re do I start ..? Lied about the ferrari service history told me that it was serviced 200 miles ago turned out to be 6 months out of service. The car had a problem ! I called Tom well I have now learned all about narcissistic people has this little dog of a human was terrible to me ? Please don’t go any where near them !

Arrogant little man, Very surprised, after the huge deal he makes about starting with nothing etc. Money may give you power but you can still have respect for people!

I called to sell my super car to get the best deal, I was told to complete a online form which I did and 1 week later I was told we will call You in 10 mins. Don’t waste your time with this company

I contacted Tom Hartley via a enquiry on their website, as I have a prestige supercar that I need to sell. Tom Hartley himself phoned me, and we discussed the car on the phone call, and he said he wanted to come and see it the following day (Friday 15th June). That was not possible for me, so we agreed that he would come to view it on Monday 18th June at 12.00 midday. Not only did he fail to turn up at all, their was also no contact from him or anyone else at the company, which is, of course, completely unprofessional. If they contacted me again, I would not waste any time on them. My advice is to have nothing to do at all with Tom Hartley cars.

I am writing this review on 7th February 2018. I purchased a car from Tom Hartley in July 2017, it arrived with my personal number plate on it but no logbook. I was informed that the log book would be with me in around 4-6 weeks. This did not arrive so I phoned the company and was assured that all was fine and I should have the logbook soon. This has gone on for months so I decided to contact the DVLA myself. It turns out that the car was not taxed, my personal plate had been put on retention rather than the car and I have been driving for six months in a car that had false plates, no tax and no insurance. Fortunately I have never pulled over by the police but had I been involved in an accident I would not have been insured due to the fact that the car was not taxed and was using false plates. I have been buying prestige cars for over 30 years and have never come across this problem before so I would advise anybody that is considering buying a car from this dealer to make sure all is in order before they drive the car. In my opinion this company have not acted in a professional manner and their incompetence is beyond belief. I have now, after speaking to the DVLA had the car taxed and the number plate changed in a matter of two days.

I found Tom Hartley to be very rude and therefore do not recommend.
