Avoid this Tone Motor Company, bought a car that broke down on the first day, called the dealer, and they didn’t provide any assistance, leaving my family with two young children stranded over 10 miles from home at night. I had to call the AA out at our own expense, and they couldn’t fix it as there was oil in the coolant indicating a major fault. Got the AA to return the vehicle to the dealer the next day. We then had to get a hire car to get home. I sent a letter rejecting the car as per ‘Consumer Rights Act 2015’. They’ve not provided a full refund within the legal requirement of 14 days, and we now have to take them to court for the refund plus additional costs including hire car and the AA plus legally allowed interest due to the delayed payment. The dealer even tried to claim that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle even though the AA inspected it and we have pictures. Not worth the hassle of buying a car here.

Unfortunately, with cars that are over 10 years old problems can occur. Our warranty covered all remedial work and the car was fixed the following day. The customer did not want the car back so a full refund was given.

I purchased a car from Tone Motor Company that turned out to be faulty. To date they have refused to rectify the problem. Do NOT buy from them.

Purchased a car today fromTone Motor Company they presented the car that i cam to see and it was first class, i must say it was presented in such away i felt like i was the first owner really pleased with the spec, the staff couldn't do enough for me and i thank them, i really felt it was important to tell other people about how well i was looked after and the massive selection of high end cars to choose from with low millage.
Its really worth the drive
