Leigh handled my order perfectly, giving a good price to buy a new Renault 5 Roland Garros. It was ordered from Renault and I was kept updated on expected delivery date.
They organised ceramic coating to be carried out before handover.
The paperwork was efficiently sorted including the app. We then ran through the controls and took a test drive with Leigh explaining everything.
I rang after a few days to check how to do something. Leigh wasn't available but another friendly member of the sales team sorted it out for me.
No complaints at all!

From the time I walked into the showroom Gina was happy pleasant and engaging
I was offered hot drinks so many times I thought she had her own cafe
The whole experience of my purchase was easy and efficient and in a very relaxed environment I am very happy with my new car and would definitely return to Gina and this dealer again such was the buying process

I traveled up from London to buy a 4 year old Dacia Duster that the sales staff promised had been serviced and MOT'd, as I planned to drive it to Cyprus where it would be re-registered. Luckily I had the brakes and tyres checked over before I left the UK on my 2,200 mile journey as I found one of the tyres was illegal and the front brake discs we lipped and dangerous. I complained to the Matthew Tones the garage owner and then to Renault who said they do not get involved in disputes. I got nowhere with this and so complained to the Motor Ombudsman, as the garage had directed me to, only to find they are not accredited to this service! Do not touch these people, even with a barge pole!!!!!

Just had my vechile successfully rejected with the help of my finance company,after having owned it for 5 months during which time it was back and forth to the dealership more times than I can remember it was taken in November for yet another issue and when returned it still had the same issue, finance company paid for an independent inspection of the vechile and the report cane back they had failed to repair, not surprising at all as they are absolutely useless! The staff I spoke with nikki and Matthew are cheeky fu#king b@stards,but I'm over the moon that I no longer have the unreliable piece of shit they tried to sell me.just save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere as I also spoke with other customers of theirs who had or a having issues with their vehicle's too and some are have to go through the ombudsman to try and resolve issues. Avoid this rip off company like the plague!
