My take away from dealing with Tony Levoi is that, in my opinion, it is an utter scam of a company and feel that I have been conned to have even reached out to them. An embarrassment to the name of @Vauxhall. I saw a vehicle for my wife whilst doing online second hand research, reached out Tony Levoi Romford, had multiple phone conversations about purchasing it, including sending multiple images and several emails. This was based on their part ex valuation using the online valuation tool on their listing. Then at the 11th hour they come back with a “we buy any car” valuation £3,000 less than their online tool offered !!!! In the interim they sent a mission statement through and I think that they should reread and evaluate their integrity. I honestly feel that they tried to mislead/com me by offering false promises and trying to obtain money by deception. Then to add insult to injury, after I gave them direct feedback, their Sales Director attempted to justify their derisory offer. I am so glad that I did not fall for their business model and would warn anybody dealing with them to be very careful. Beware… in my experience they will offer you gold and give you a dirt. @Tony Levoi Vauxhall Romford… a word of advice… be honest with potential customers and your reviews will go up and not down. It is not difficult to shirk the reputation that your industry has and gain some integrity. If you sew seeds on concrete don’t be surprised that nothing grows.

Yasin Seth, is on the money! I am very happy with his service. He went out of his way to make sure that I found that car that in my budget. He is a all around professional, and I would recommend him to my friends.
Our car went in on Thursday for a repair I was told 2 days now I’ve been told by the receptionist it hasn’t even been looked at and will not be look at to Monday this car is needed because it’s a disability car I would never go back to them I’m so upset
We left today Tony Levoi Romford very angry,had car for over two years,car was left to be fixed for two months,no curtesy car,want it to trade back in,sales manager said he don’t won’t the car back.What a joke,fixed by them and refused to trade back in.No more Tony Levoi Romford.
How long does it take to do brakes? No it's not a lightbulb joke? My car went in for an MOT 16th January, it passed but they said they'd do the brakes. I'm still waiting for parts, nearly a month. I'm also waiting to hear whether my warranty is going to be extended because of a faults I kept pointing out. Leading to my car spending more time there than being driven by me. No offer of collecting the car and I paid £2k more than it was worth. One way of booking a call back here I guess.

My car was loosing coolant so i go Vauxhall service station and manager tony potts told me car fully investigated for 2 hours and we found fault. they charged me for repairs nearly £400 and next day I found fault is still not resolved.last thee days im calling them and email still waiting they haven’t send diagnostic report yet. going to do legal action against this company.unprofessional never recommended this company.

My vehicle went in ( only 5 yrs old) with no wipers. The charged me over £500 then after keep it for a month told me to come pick it up as they cannot repair it. Buying a Vauxhall was a mistake. Using Tony le voi was an even bigger mistake. Speak to a manager ? ha ! Jason Collins the service manger is a twat. Good luck to anyone who uses them
Terrible I wouldn't ever use them again!.....good luck trying to get a hold of them on the phone.....its impossible!...The never ever got back to me, I had to phone them every time to find out what was going on with my car..... they have had my car longer that me... I'd only had it for 4 weeks and it's already had to have the gearbox repaired....the rear trim replaced, the brakes looked at due to making a rubbing noise and the poweflex bar replaced because one of their mechanics broke off the powerflex bar in his hand the very day I picked the car up he didn't even know what it was the Idiot!!....I purchased a car from cinch before and they were crap but Tony Levoi Romford has managed to be just as bad!....well done!!!!
I put my astra in for a recall. When i collected it had damage on bodywork. They denied all knowledge. Not returning emails or calls. Carol in service was very rude and arrogant. Lied and conned me. Please do not use this so called cowboys. They will not repair my car after seeing other reviews. Its a complete cowboy outfit
