took my car in today as it was recalled there was no problems with my car we take it in to the garage and now my engine management light has come on since they pluged my car in to there machine there now saying i got to pay 120.00 pounds to have it looked at and we cant afford it as were full time carers to my daughter. there was no problems with my car till we took it to this garage now reporting this garage to the police what a joke of a garage avoid at all costs funny how there was no problems with my car or no light on till we took it to this garage very upset and not very happy at all
I’m extremely disappointed in the Romford Tony Le Voi/Vauxhall branch. My daughter’s reverse button on the gear stick would not engage the reverse gear. She contacted Vauxhall (she is a loyal customer, buying a brand new car there and taking it there for every service and MOT for the last 6 years) and they said it would cost £120 to look at it but lowered it to £44, which we were pleased about. After they checked it they priced the job at £627 for the parts, labour and VAT. We thought this price was astronomical for what seemed to be a simple job. Following some research I found a video on YouTube that showed the part being replaced in a 10 minute video. We found a new, original part online for £53 which we bought. I have no experience working with cars but following the instructions on the video I fitted it in 13 minutes! I find it disgusting that Vauxhall gave such a high price for an extremely simple job which was completed in 13 minutes by someone with no experience. Please be aware and I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

My dad walked in today to purchase some oil and he wanted to pay by card, but he didn't push the card in properly first and then the white man serving was like to my dad "thats not your card" like saying that he stole it, and then my dad said to the man to try again, and then it went through. I strongly believe the white man was judging my dad and racially profiling him. My dad isn't the type to fight back and cause a scene because he has class. You should really check your employees and their disgusting attitude. Honestly wish I could have been there to confront him!!!

I noticed this racist behaviour. Myself. Tbey damaged my car. And carol from service is rude and artogant. No manager will come on phone have no knowledge or manners. Do not use toni le voi complete cowboys
Currently sat on the phone battling with their terrible answering service where you receive a message from the automated service saying nobody is available when clearly it is someone on the other end pressing a button to try to get rid of the call. We took the vehicle in to check the problems we were having but after going to the "Master Technician" they were still not able to find the fault...which makes me worry about their classing of "Master". Utterly disappointed with the customer service and utterly disappointed with the mechanical service. Shambles of a service. Should have got a Volkswagen.

Got my first car from tony le voi Romford and it has been under a year and I already had to take the car in due to engine problems. On Friday I took the car in and they made me wait an hour. All they did was turn the engine light off and sent me home suggesting that the car was fixed and nothing was wrong. I showed my car to a trusted garage and they clearly told me the engine had multiple faults. The engine light switched on again so I took my car back the following Monday. It is now Thursday my car still has not been repaired and they said that it would be done the following day. Everyday they have said they will contact me with an update about the car but they just completely lie. Would never ever recommend buying a car from them. Disgusting service.
I booked an appointment at Tony Levoi Vauxhall in Romford to view a Nissan Juke on Saturday and received two text confirming the appointment. I spoke to a lovely man over the phone who sent me a video of the car which I requested. I then booked an appointment to view the car for the following day, after 2 and a half hours of driving up the motor way as I live the other side of the country I had been informed that the car had been sold “a little while ago” and had to turn round and drive 2 and a half hours back home. A 5 hour round trip for absolutely nothing because of what I can only describe shambolic communication and organisation between staff there. I am utterly saddened by this and would recommend if you do decide to use this dealership ask if the bloody car has been sold (even though surely they should inform you of availability before booking an appointment) truly and utterly disappointed with the service

I brought a car from Tony Levoi Vauxhall Romford and on collection it was dscivered by my partner ( no Tony Levoi!) that the drivers doors was out of aligmnet. I was y=told i could just book this in for a few weeks time to get sorted. When i did ring i was told i would have to leave it for two days with no courtesy car. This would have meant two days off work or a trip to Cornwall by train. I chose the train. Tony Levoi didn't even pay for the taxi to the station and when i collected my car there were scratches on it!. When i emailed to complain the manager Neil ignored my email until i contacted him again and then was unhelpful. Be aware of poor customer service from some members of staff and being informed incorrect information.
