Picked up the car overal a good experience but I didn't expect to be buying wiper blades the day after they where really bad they where recommended to be changed on the work sheet but apparently was unnecessary. I must admit I was a bit disappointed

I honestly cannot fault the team at too good to auction. As a young woman who has only ever had one car, going to a car dealership was probably my idea of a nightmare, but these guys turned it into a dream!! I had dealt with big name dealerships that let me down with hungover staff members, taking money and not returning it and as soon as I called too good to auction, I felt comfortable straight away. I have to admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer as I was in a rush for a car and still changing my mind every two seconds but nothing was ever a problem. John, Paul and Kayleigh all welcomed me with open arms and explained everything too me to ensure I made the right desicion for me, I was never pressured and there was never a hard sale in sight. These people are genuine and honest and offer high quality cars, for the first time I feel safe and amazing driving and this is all down to the team at too good to auction. I cannot thank their hardwork, persaverance, understanding and genuine personalities enough. I would not recommend anywhere else. For someone who didn't like driving and didn't know anything about cars, I now look forward to driving and actually have knowledge in the motor world. Thank you so much!

Dealing with Charlotte was a very pleasant experience. She was professional and welcoming and didn't make you feel silly for asking silly questions. Nothing was too much trouble and on the big day of picking up my car I was made to feel very special. Thank you Charlotte and all your colleagues.

I found Stephen Barnes to be helpful and patient! Nothing was too much trouble. His customer service was excellent. Most of the team were friendly though I do think our first visit to the company was outstanding - looked after us extremely well. On our second visit (the day we purchased my car) staff were less interested and we had travelled quite far to collect the car. Throughout our waiting time Stephen updated us on waiting time to see him. I felt Stephen was very thorough with paperwork, I didn't need to worry about it. Fingers crossed I've purchased a good car!!!
My partner bought a Nisan juke which he was told was in perfect condition only for the gearbox to be ruined 5 months later. Took it to two mechanics who couldn't work out why the car was making such horrendous noises so they suggested I take it to Nissan to get in inspected. Nissan told me that there is an internal failure within the gearbox and it needs to be replaced immediately which costs thousands of pounds! They said the gearbox was so bad that the problems would have started before I had the car and that there was no way it was in perfect condition when sold to me. They suggested I call the company we bought the car from and see if they could help or maybe they could offer an extended warranty purely on the basis that the gearbox was was not in good condition to begin with. My partner rang Snows and they didn't want to help, they couldn't care less and I am so livid. I will never buy a car from them again and I would not recommend anyone buy a car from them. I'm now stuck with a car that I'm paying off for that I can't drive unless I can afford £2,000 plus to get it fixed.

Bought a Vauxhall insignia from Too Good To Auction Plymouth 6 weeks ago,was going over the car prior to a trip to Spain and on checking the wheelnuts found the device for undoing the locking wheelnuts which was in the glove compartment didn't fit.I took the car to my local Vauxhall dealership and they confirmed the device was indeed the wrong one. They told me they could not remove the locking nuts,but send to a nearby tyre specialist who removed the said nuts at a cost of £47.28.I then returned to the Vauxhall dealership who supplied me with 4 normal nuts to replace the by now damaged locking nuts at a cost of £9.94.On returning home I phoned "Too Good to Auction" in Plymouth and spoke to the person who had sold me the car to inform him of the situation his name was Lee,I said I had all the receipts for the work and asked for a refund of my costs,this was refused along with excuses as to why it couldn't have happened as the had the wheels off to check the brakes prior to me picking up the car.The car came with a 3 month warranty although the problem I had had nothing to do with the warranty.I am perfectly happy with the car so far,but not with their aftersales service.
