Bought new Dacia stepway from Toomey Motor Village Basildon. Sales men Aaron very good .few problems got car booked into sort straight away.

I would like to praise Zac Herring who worked at Toomeys in Basildon and is now at Southend. He is the most helpful young man I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been a pain at times but he has always gone out of his way to help me. Thanks Zack you are a credit to Toomeys..

Went to Toomey Nissan in Basildon today for two reasons. The first reason was to look into getting a new car which would have been the third car purchased form them. The second reason was to obtain the radio code for the last car I bought from them as I they did not supply the code when I bought the car. Even though it was 6 years ago. The service desk was unhelpful insisting that I pay £45 to obtain the code which I was not prepared to do. For a company as bid as Toomeys, I would have thought that the cost of obtaining the code would have outweighed good customer relations. Needless to say, we did not enquire about the car we were looking at. The cost of the radio code cost them a £10,000 + sale and any future dealings with or recommendations to the company. Very disappointed.

First time I've been declined a test drive in a car. Suggest the Manager at Toomey Motor Group in Basildon gets out of his ivory tower and meets customers personally instead of getting minions to waste their time losing sales. No Wonder you keep having to drop the price. Clearly not keen on selling cars.

I bought a new Renault from Toomey Motor Group in December, all started good, until I went in to complete the purchase. Three weeks later and I am still trying to get a small issue of trim bits falling off the car resolved under the warranty. Having to go through Renault customer relations. Lies and then denial, offers made and then withdrawn. the list goes on. Couldn't even get a service plan from them...NEVER AGAIN.
