Purchased a car through these through a finance company who assured me these were a reputable dealer, how wrong that was ! Car showed a service fault within 10 miles of driving off the forecourt, needed a clutch, fly wheel, brakes and a oil pump. Then despite 2k in garage bills (part of which we had to pocket ourselves) the car went in catastrophic failure after 29 days. One phonecall my husband had with the garage they were actually laughing in the background at the situation. Trader then hid for weeks, leaving me without a vehicle and still having to find finance for a broken car. Please don't use unless you want the chance of weeks of stress, illness and being stuck without a vehicle.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. THE SELLER IS A SCAMMER. WE BOUGHT THE CAR FROM HIM, A FEW DAYS LATER THERE WAS A DPF PROBLEM, THE SELLER DECIDED TO REPAIR THE CAR. SO WE SENT THE CAR FOR REPAIR 3 TIMES. NOW WE ARE ON VACATION ABROAD AND THE SAME PROBLEM ARRIVED. AND THE SELLER WON'T EVEN HAVE TO PICK UP THE PHONE FROM US. HE LEAVES US WITH A PROBLEM AND TOTALLY IGNORE. SHOCKING !!!!!!

Bought a car from toothill trade centre three years ago so I've been back since and Bought another the service I got was second to none Tom and David where so helpful definitely going back in a few years time thanks guys

Be careful when buying from them. The car that I bought in December was advertised as clean bodywork but had a dent in the rear back wing that I spot only after I collected. Also car had cam chain issues, I returned the car for the chain to be changed, they said will give me some documents to document this. When I picked up the car was told no paperwork will be provided. The problem with the cam chain was not fixed so they probably did not changed the chain, only oil as oil was new. I asked to speak with the mechanic that did changed the chain, but they did not replied to my emails. So now I have to go on warranty to change the chain, and will cost me £600 on top as the warranty only covers up to £1000 per claim. So if you buy a car from them and you have a issue in the first 30 days just reject the car as they say will fix it but actually they do not do anything.

Spotted a car for sale at Toothill Prestige that had just been reduced. Within 24 hours the price had risen! When asked why I was informed that the cam belt needed doing, which a decent garage would have already known about. Drove miles to view this car and it was not ready to be sold! !!!! I asked how long the car had been at the garage and was informed 2 weeks.... not sure you would reduce a cars price after only a week. I was also told prior to trip that if I didn't take out the warranty that £90.00 could be deducted from price and then was told that this was never said to me when I had it written on my notes! But I was basically told I must have made that comment up! No customer experience, well not a good one...… for a £6.5k car, you would expect better manners and a better experience - obviously does not want to sell cars!

The staff at Toothill Prestige couldn't have been more helpful. I was looking to upgrade my car, found one I liked which suited my needs. They gave me a good deal on my old car. Service was excellent. Got a great car for reasonable price. Recommend.
