Car had a gear box problem and was still in 3 month warranty period. Danny (if that’s even his name) avoided phone calls then pretended to be someone else when we got hold of him. No morals, not interested in following through on warranty - just interested in lining his pockets and leaving family’s with faulty cars.
Traded my lovely reliable sport car for what was meant to be a reliable family car. Driving a few miles away i rang him and said was problems he hung up. Since avoided phone calls and told us not his problem. Cost us thousands to get the car back to standard. AVOID.

Please stay well clear of this dealer, he is very dodgy and gets abusive after he's sold you a faulty car! Looking at the reviews this is a regular occurrence. I have a car with over £1000 worth of repairs and only bought it 3 weeks ago! Avoid at all costs!!

Sold me a car 2 weeks ago that now doesn’t run at all. Telling me it’s a minor problem despite another garage running diagnostics and it’s a major problem. Been told to F**k off and refusing to refund me. AVOID
I only gave a 1 star because I couldn't leave a -5. Sold me a dodgy, unreliable car and completely refused to help repair the many faults. Told me to F-off! Unbelievable! Do not buy from Top Cars in Harlow.

Brought a Volvo C30 from Top Cars in Harlow and it came with “a 3 month warranty” and upon having an issue the seller then said he didn’t care and wasn’t going to fix the issue.
