Purchased an Audi A6 from Top Cars Telford and was assured that all brake pads and discs had been changed. Having driven the car for 5000 miles, all four brake pads and discs now need changing. Shocking company, to put it simply just avoid!!!!
Purchased a ten grand Bmw from Top Cars Telford and then found out it was an Irish import and re registered to a uk plate so cost me a lot more to insure. Had other issues with the car and they failed to put right very poor after sales
Bought a Honda civic type r from Top Cars Telford. great car great price these guys go all the way for there customers would defiantly use again.
Sold a BMW 325D that developed no end of issues and cost me thousands. Avoid Top Car Telford.

I purchased an Audi A4 S line black edition last month. I felt under no pressure whilst looking at various models and making my choice, the sales chap clearly knew Audi and was very informative. When I collected the car, it had a full Mot and had a new cam belt and water pump fitted even though mileage did not warrant this. As car had no fitted sat nav, the sales chap even threw in a Tom Tom. The car had been cleaned and was ready at the time agreed. I received a call a couple of weeks later to check I was happy with my purchase. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made, without the usual pressure from dealerships to make a decision and sign up for unnecessary extras. I have no plans to change my car for a while as it is an absolute dream. But when I do, I shall return to Top Cars without doubt.

Brought a ford fiesta on new years eve. Excellent car that was far cheaper than others of the same model. Really nice staff who did all they could to help us on the road (needed to get insurance to get it home, not easy on new years weekend).
Had been searching for a BMW for some time as we are quite fussy. Could not fault the guys at Tops Cars, very patient and considerate. We purchased a lovely BMW, great condition & good value...thanks lads!
