I had been a regular customer with Total Motion / Pink car leasing for the past six years renting circa three vehicles with them. The past two vehicles never had an issue but the most recent, but I noticed the company has lost their good previous customer support and are a nightmare to deal with now. My vehicle came to an end and I organised the pick up. Car was in good condition but agreed, it did have two scratches / dents which were picked up and I was happy to pay the fee that the collection team calculated say circa £550. So vehicle leaves our premises and two days later, I get an email stating that the car was dirty ( the inspection form originally stated on the bottom of the report that the car was clean by their collection team ) and it couldn’t have been checked fully and a further inspection was carried out and another price of circa £1800 comes to us. I dispute the additional charges immediately but was sent a couple of snotty emails. So two months pass and notice that a direct debit of circa £1800 taken from our account from Total Motion had come out. I emailed to ask if they could kindly check and return the monies taken, to which they stated numerous times that it was for the additional charges that I disputed that were levied after the vehicle had left our possession. I raised a complaint with the BVRLA and sent off the documents and ten days later received an email to confirm Total Motion were wrong to take further charges after the end of life inspection and I was refunded circa £1200. Avoid like the plague, fancy trying to fleece money from loyal customers, shocking!

Please do not get involved will Simon hill convicted fraudster.had to change company name from total motion rip off to pink vehicle leasing.he will change that name again in two years when customer car returns are published by unfortunate customers.please contact trading standards they are again investing him.
Avoid this company like Covid Came to end of lease , had vehicle checked , v minor issues. Car collected two weeks later in March 2020. Then subsequently received a bill for the agreed issues plus £2500 for losses incurred due to no service history. This was never mentioned at inspection or collection. The car had been serviced correctly however as is normal practice the service history was held at main dealers not in the car . The main dealers along with most of the country were closed due to covid. We have since provided evidence and despite numerous complaints they are taking us to court which we will be challenging. They may think they have won the battle but they wont win the war and I will personally ensure if we have to pay this money that this will cost will cost them 10x that amount in future. Hi there, please advise how you got on in court with this issue. I am in exactly the same position and also am willing to take the matter to court. Cheers.

Hi, how did you get on here? Am in a similar position and looking to take it legal.
This company has the worst end of contract process you can imagine. Highly disingenuous. Car was inspected a month before collection and no damage was reported. The guy spent forty minutes with the car. Nothing mentioned on the report emailed to me later either. Then on collection day, two clowns inspected the car (one of them ate a banana whilst inspecting) and spent forty five minutes. Did not bring anything to my attention. The guy even said all good and left. Then a few days later they send me a report and £600 bill! Obviously I disputed it. No response for two months and then out of the blue accounts send me a bill for an even higher amount. I dispute it again and then they get back to me with a revised £280 odd bill for alloy wheel damage. How on earth can you not notice alloy wheel damage on two separate inspections? It beggars belief! Same old cock and bull about car being dirty (like others have reported here) and dull day whereas in the photos the day was sunny lol. Dispute then raised to BVRLA who sided with them (cos they're all part of a club obviously). So now I will be seeing them in court I guess and fight it there.

Typical car dealer mentality. Promise everything but reality is I don't think they have any concept of customer service. Still waiting for a vehicle that was initially due mid May now been told end of June. The dates keep moving , wish I never started with them in the first place. Go elsewhere is my Advice!
