Bought a really nice 2008 Audi A6 Avant from Total Motor Vogue after reading the listing on Auto Trader. I spoke to Scott and enquired about the vehicle and he was open and honest about the condition etc and at 118K miles I know its not going to be 'Mint' to quote an overly used word in car sales. I travelled from Leicester and when I arrived to view the car is had been cleaned and was as good as Scott had told me on the phone, went for a test drive bought the car with a 3 month warranty Cambelt,w/pump change and 12 months MOT thrown in for the price. Took the car to France & Belgium the following week and covered a smooth and steady 900miles and the car was faultless. Due to the hot Easter weather the AC didn't seem to cool to its maximum so I contacted them and they arranged for the car to go for inspection, Faulty AC sensor switch was diagnosed, ordered whilst I stood there and was delivered & fitted and I was away within 3 hours. I can confidently say if they treat all of their clients like this you should have no concerns about buying a used vehicle from Scott or Matt.

I bought my Ford Focus about 8 months ago from Total Motors Vouge, the service from the time i arrived at the showroom to the time i left with my car, was amazing. Scot who helped me, answered all my questions, if he didn't know the answer he would find out for me. He let me test drive the car, didn't rush me or pressure me into buying it. The car itself is perfect for me, great price and very clean and still runs lovely to this day. Highly recommend this company to buy a car from.

Have purchased four cars through Total Motor Vogue, and have been looked after my Mat on each occasion. Always helpful, honest, knowledgeable and transparent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Last car purchased was for our daughter as a first car, and she was thrilled. Have had car for 9 months now with no issues at all. Great car, great service. Thank you.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Matt at Total Motor Vogue in December 2017 when I regrettably purchased a Honda Civic Type R that was listed as “very good condition throughout” and “performs superb” to just 1 week later finding out the clutch was completely worn, front tyres were below the legal limit and needed replacing, exhaust b-pipe was completely corroded and hanging on by just 1 bolt and a long list of other mechanical faults...when confronting Matt about the issues, he was rude and obnoxious, claiming it is usual wear and tear...sure that excuse would stick if I had the car for a few months, but not after one week of owning and driving it less than 500 Miles. I even gave Matt the opportunity to be honest when looking at the car, asking him several times about any mechanical issues with the car, past or present. It was definitely not serviced fully, another claim on the listing which later turned out to be false and just another sales tactic. I phoned Matt to return the car for a refund to which he said no, despite it being unroadworthy and not as described, however he offered a measly £300 towards the repair bill of £1300 on a 13 year car with over 89k miles which I paid £4950 for....I would not recommend Total Motor Vogue to my worst enemy, let alone any decent, hard working person! He got me good but hopefully nobody else will fall for his tactics...he may seem friendly, honest and helpful but it is only to secure a sale on a dodgy car. Disappointing as it seemed like a trustworthy and reliable “dealership” to purchase a used car.

Can not fault the car or the service that I have received from this dealership. I feel like it is the only car dealership where I have been met with a genuine car salesman and I will certainly use again when I decide to upgrade. The car is as described and was even given a new MOT with the 6 months warranty that it was advertised with (even though i haven't needed to use it). Thank you Mat, see you again in the future.
