After almost a year of fighting with Totnes Vehicle Sales to get a solution the response was one that still left me out of pocket to the tune of 400 pound best advice i can give AVOID AVOID AVOID SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THEY CLEARLY DONT CARE.

Bought van off tammy at totnes van sales broke down had it looked at by garage who condemned vehicle stating it was dangerous gave totnes van sales a chance to put all defects right took weeks and weeks vehicle broke down asked for refund and am still waiting have started court procedings as im having no joy from tammy or garage.
Bought a van which was delivered. had problems first few day had independent garage check it over who condemned it took it back gave them a chance to fix it it still broke down keep being fobbed off, have requested money back still nothing now ignoring all texts and phone calls have lodged court papers to try and get back 4000. avoid this place at all cost.

Totnes Vehicle sales which is run by Tammy and Jamie Devob can not be trusted. Was previously Van HQ but now sell under TVS. Sold me a car which was supposed to have warranty and no problems but to date I have a car which cannot be used with no paperwork and no warranty. Ignore calls and actually claimed they didn't even sell the car to me. Complete let down and I would advise anyone not to use this company.

Also known as Jamie Rabin. Has traded under Finish Hand Car Wash Dawlish, Van HQ Totnes, Jamie Devob T/A Van HQ, and Totnes Vehicle Sales. If you can find the reviews for these companies (most have now been deleted) you will see a recurring theme - vehicles are of a poor standard, the warranty means nothing, and Jamie will ignore your calls. I know at least two people have claims going through the court as we speak. How does trading standards allow him to continue?? AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Just read that Jamie Rabin (aka Jamie Devob) appeared at Plymouth court in March for selling an unroadworthy vehicle - pleaded not guilty and adjourned until June. DO NOT BUY FROM JAMIE RABIN!
