Maz and his wife were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Maz was very transparent throughout the whole process with all paperwork. I contacted them about the car I wanted, booked an appointment and part exchanged my car in the one appointment. I felt the whole process was fair. I had a test drive on the M1 so could see how lovely and sporty my new car was! There were technical issues with the card machine and I left my driving license there but these were both resolved in a timely manner! Thrilled with the service and my new car! Maz and Touchdown motors are an excellent company. I would recommend them.

We dealt with Maz when purchasing our Golf and I have to say he was a really nice bloke - very genuine and honest guy. The wife had already decided that was the car she wanted before we went down to view it, but I didnt tell him that as there would be no room for negotiation on the price! Turns out I could have told him, the car was priced really well and was in immaculate condition. The wife hasnt stopped smiling since we bought it. Happy wife..... Happy life. Thanks guys

Great 1st time buying experience with Touchdown Motors, I bought a Honda and its a lovely motor. The customer service couldn't have been better, it was really good. I went to their site to collect the car and it looked amazing, very clean, inside and out and they had everything ready for me meaning there was no waiting around. The whole thing couldn't have been better, the guys were really down to earth and made the whole process simple and quick. I bought a Ford Kuga and its so nice to drive Im made up with it I had a Ford before, but this is really nice inside and much more upgraded, I would highly recommend and buy here again.

Great customer service, I dealt mainly with Maz who was really informative and helpful. Maz didnt pressure us, he gave us the keys and popped out every now and then to ask if we needed anything, he gave us time and space to make our own decision. The BMW Z4 we went to view was stunning, there was no way we couldn't not buy it. I'm thoroughly enjoying the car and very pleased with the decision to buy this model.
