Great service and communication offered throughout the whole purchasing process. The condition of the car met my expectations from the description on the advert and was at a great price for its mileage and overall condition. Maz was very welcoming on arrival and accommodating throughout allowing me to make an appointment after hours to view and test drive. He accompanied us on the test drive in a separate car to follow a set route which allowed me to focus more on the car and not what route I should take, which I preferred. After the test drive he went through the documentation of the full service history on the car and highlighted all the work that had been done to it and any previous issues up to now. As for the part ex he offered me a very fair price and explained the reasons for his offer. Smooth process throughout would certainly consider purchasing from Touchdown Motors again in the future. From the first point of contact to the end was first class -Communication was fantastic - description on car was accurate and correct - all paperwork was completed ready for collection and sale - friendly, informative and 100% honest We travelled all the way from Liverpool to view the car and Maz kept in touch for our journey down to ensure we knew were we were going and guided us to the door We were the only customers onsite and all Gov Covid Regs were carried out - including providing hand sanitiser Max knew we weren’t local so on the test drive he drove on A route that we followed - This was fantastic and a good distance to get a feel for the car The purchase was timely and we returned to collect the car a couple of days later and everything was in place and ready to go We only travelled this distance for a car purely on feedback and reviews on Maz and boy he didn’t disappoint - I would definitely return to buy a car in the future just for the customer service alone

Genuinely the first time I could ever actually recommend the person behind the service on something like a used car. Maz has been exceptional, the vehicle was as described in the advert (which was great!), the price was good and we agreed to pick it up within the week. Maz was prompt for arranged meeting times, good with advice and accommodating for appointment times and test drives. After having the car for just a week there was a battery fault, called Maz on a Saturday afternoon, but Monday evening it had been collected, tested, battery replaced and personally returned by Maz while receiving regular updates on what was happening. Our original fear of "oh no......" was completely unfounded, he went above and beyond. These things happen from time to time, it's not about that, it's about how he reacted, which was superb!
