I went down to Touchdown to collect a BMW I had seen and bought online. it was the first time dealing with this particular company and after reading some reviews I had high expectations. Through-out the process I was dealing with Sam, he was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Due to the distance (4 hours) I didnt want to travel and waste the time if it wasn't 100% what I wanted.. Sam gave me the full breakdown of the car in detail and ensured each and every question was answered correctly and in as much depth as needed. He was running around doing extra videos, pictures, asking questions to others, getting documents for me, he was amazing. I was really glad he did that, it gave me peace of mind when buying. When I arrived to collect the car Maz greeted me and showed me around, although I'd technically already bought the car, he asked me to take it for a test drive just to make sure 100% happy. Maz was super friendly and knowledgeable and had the paperwork all done and dusted when I got back from the test drive. I would be more than happy travelling to buy from Maz and Sam again, great people. I have since (I ALWAYS do this after buying a vehicle) had a BMW Specialist look over the car, they were so impressed and said mechanically and cosmetically it is perfect... Literally cannot fault at all!

Not a single fault with my newly purchased Audi S5, what a belter of a car. I love getting out and about in its such a beauty to drive. Cannot fault Touchdown Motors what so ever, they have been professional, helpful and polite through-out. My car is having an issue and Sam is doing his utmost to rectify. He is in constant communication and I couldn't ask for much more. The way everything has been handled reassures me that even if I did come across an issue the service will be as good in sales as it is in after sales! Would highly recommend.

I was dealing with Maz initially over the phone, and he was amazing, such a helpful guy with so much car knowledge, upon collection it was his son there as Maz wasn't available, his son was just as helpful and certainly knew his stuff too! The service levels did not drop at all, it was fantastic through-out. I collected me Audi S3 and had a fantastic smooth ride home, I was smiling the whole way! Loving the car and can't believe how lucky I fell to deal with Touchdown, THANK YOU!!

For the first time ever, I actually ENJOYED buying a car. The staff at Touchdown made the whole thing enjoyable and exciting. I had such a laugh with the lads there and can't wait to buy from them again. Very helpful and friendly team of people and I couldn't have asked for more. I am extremely pleased with my new purchase from Phantom, the staff are all friendly and helped with any request at all, nothing was a big problem and they always ensured I was happy. I did have a battery issue after buying and they had it replaced in next to no time, I couldn't fault the quick resolution. My Husband is going to be looking to buy himself a car soon so he said he is going to have a look down here. I will always recommend Phantom.

I bought a Golf R online from Touchdown Motors, I never saw or drove the vehicle until it was dropped off at my home address by a friend. I had my friend collect the car from their site for convenience and when he arrived he gave me a call to discuss the cars condition, in his words 'WOW, what a car you have mate, its pristine clean, not a mark on it, you've done well there'. I gave him the go ahead and away he went. Its a lovely motor, I'm very pleased with it and considering the risk I took, I thought I'd would have at least had something to pick at, but its faultless. I liked the simple and quick process to buy and no nonsense it came with. Happy to recommend.
