I visited Tower Hill Garage and was interested in a Mondeo after I spoke to two different sales men I was promised that the items found would be corrected and/or repaired. This was not done properly or not done at all. The door dent was pulled poorly which I sorted the paint errors were fill with a touch pen (poorly) I was told it would be done by specialists (NOT). Boot surround seal to be sorted and isofix slide that was missing to be replaced both items I have had to pay for and do my self. Then I was told it was professionally vallet done. The jack in the boot was half under water it was if a hose was just put inside. But still charger me full price. You ask why I still got the car? I got it only because the engine was strong and the steering was tight. But for the garage it is a complete con. Overpriced and unprofessional.

When returning car under warranty due to engine light, they turned off the light rather than addressing the turbo issue (root cause ) I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
Absolutely lovely friendly people, so helpful, was a pleasure doing business with them, I will definately be going back again. I cannot recommend this garage enough and very reasonable prices too

Traded in a car for one at this garage. Fantastic customer service from Alan and the rest of the team. I have just purchased a used car on a budget of £1500. Fortunately for me Tower Hill garage had just what I was looking for. Bryan Krough who looked after me was helpful without pressure. The process of paying and the collection of the. Car went smoothly. The car was ready on time as requested and in a very clean condition and ready for the road. Also Bryan was kind enough to arrange the Road Tax so I could drive away legally. Over all a very positive experience from helpful and friendly staff. Also a minor issue with the Air-con was resolved under the warranty with out fuss and efficiently. A very satisfied customer,
