I am a blue badge holder I Bought car here in Oct 2019 in the 1st month kept getting power steering malfunction warning took it back but they didn’t find the fault & from this point it spent 6 weeks in & out of my garage & Ford who couldn’t find the fault but said there was issue with ecu, they took it back on 5th March saying it would be returned with no fault or they would replace it, put in Ford again on 6th March tried to get it back before lockdown & was told they were waiting for a report &ford had reset the parameters I spoke to Ford & was told there wasn’t a report & they hadn’t done anything to the car, I got the car back 9th July & in that time they had done 3000 miles? On 10th July had fault again, asked for refund as per advise from trading standards & they said they would replace it, had to keep chasing for answers throughout, resolved by accepting a refund of 4000 in Feb 2021 which was 2300 below what we paid, dealt with mangers felt ignored and let down steer clear

Excellent service and very friendly, helpful staff. So pleased with my purchase. Nothing too much trouble from the team to ensure as a customer I was fully happy with purchase.
Right from ther beginning there was no hard sell. The car a Nissan Duke is excellent and the service they provided was second to none. All the staff were friendly and just so help[ful. Definately recommend them to anyone and fully intend to return.

Brought another car at Tower Hill Garage Farnbough and the service and advice just amazing and can't fault them. I brought my last car from them and returned again becuase of the service i had before and nothing changed. You get honest advice, quality service and nothing is too much trouble and the cars they sell are good value and quality cars and why I returned as had over 5 years trouble free other than a small issue with Air-conditioning but was sorted under warranty. I highly recommend Towerhill Garage to buy your car as you won't find a better service or honesty elsewhere. Melvin B
I cannot thank Tower Hill Garage enough for their outstanding service when I really needed it! My old car finally gave up on me when I needed it more than ever, as I am working in the NHS and need to get to work each day. We saw a lovely Fiat 500L for sale on line which looked perfect for me. We contacted Tower Hill Garage and explained the situation. Paul went out of his way to arrange for the car to be ready for me immediately so I can continue getting to work each day. We picked it up today and he had everything in order for me so I could literally drive it away there and then. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend Tower Hill Garage to everyone.
