Buying a car in lockdown, without driving around and trykng out a number of vehicles, was a scary experience. It didn't help that I wasn't very familiar with the BMW 4series. I needn't have worried! From start to finish Brian was incredibly professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. And when we finally got to the site from our home in the West Country it immediately became obvious that there was very little that he and Danny didn't know about the specialist cars that they sell. Buying a car can become quite a stressful experience to say the least, going from showroom to showroom with sales teams being totally un interested in you or the planned car you wish to buy. From the moment we entered Town Cars we were made to feel most welcome. We had found a car on their website, which we wanted to look at as it seemed just right. They showed us around the car and then left us alone to chat. There was never a feeling of being pressurised to buy at any point. We were left to look and sit in the car on our own and after some careful consideration on our part we went in and told them we would be buying the car! I filled the required paperwork and first part of the exciting journey was done ! On the day of collection the car had been cleaned in and out and looked absolutely stunning. I was shown around the car and was explained all the optional extras that came with it. Which did take sometime, but which was great. Prior to leaving I was told that if I had any issues now or in the near future I was most welcome to give them a call. A big thank you guys. The experience made the purchase even a nicer memory! Travelled down from Leeds to purchase a 17 plate BMW M240i. The car was as described (immaculate) and the service proivded by both Danny and Brian was first class. Highly recommended.

There were no issues during the test drive of the Range Rover Sport that I subsequently purchased from Town Car Sales in Enfield. Since purchasing the car, there has been nothing but issues and Town Cars have been completely unwilling to help resolve them. The value of the car has depreciated by over 40% in less than a year due to these issues. Now there are warning lights for the coolant on the dash that have also cost me thousands to replace. When the new (and honest) garage came to sort out the problem they found that the only key I had been provided with by Town Cars was broken and there was no blade (internal manual key) to allow access if the battery dies, it had been sawn off! Furthermore, they lied on almost every aspect of their advert, for instance, they rounded down the millage by over 1000 miles, they never mentioned that there was no tyre changing kit or spare tyre included, the automatic tail gate arm had been glued into place and subsequently broke creating damage at great expense, there was only one key (illegal not to mention this at before the point of sale), the headlights were faulty which turned out to be a damaged front end (I did the test drive in the day and only found out about the headlights when driving the car for the first time at night).... the list goes on. I have lost almost £10,000 due to the lies and dishonesty of Town Cars, please just stay away from them. Whatever you purchase will create more issues than it is worth and you will end up out of pocket with no help! Crooks, cheats, and the AA should be ashamed of putting their name to the garage.

Town Car Sales Definitely worth a 5 star review. The car was immaculate, the service was second to none. Cant fault them so very happy indeed.
