From the week I bought this car it has had numerous faults fixed by staff who really don't seem to care at all. No after care. I can only hope I can get my money back after countless days spoilt

THE STAFF WORKING THERE HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. i WENT FOR THE CAR SERVICE AND THEY GIVE ME A BIG QUOTE FOR THE THINGS TO BE DONE IN THE CAR. I AGREED AS I THOUGHT THEY ARE CITROEN DEALER BUT THAT WAS WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. MY CAR IS IN WORST CONDITION NOW. WHEN COMPLAINED, THEY CALLED ME BACK AND I WAS THERE FOR 2 HOURS AND AT THE END THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THEM.
The service I received by Lauren Mills .was excellent. She was very welcoming and made you feel at ease there was no pressure whatsoever to buy .

Purchased Citroen aircross yesterday at Towncentre, Sunderland. Thanks to Tim Patton it was pleasant and easy transaction, everything dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. All staff were nice and friendly.

Excellent! No problems at all! I owuld definitely recommend Town Centre Citroen. I bought a Citroen C4 from them in May and I am super happy with it. Good value for money and runs perfectly. The staff at the dealership were really friendly and a big help.
