Great experience. Right from the initial chat through to the delivery Ryan was fabulous. I bought a new swift on a PCP and he did a great deal on the new car and also a great trade in PX. Ryan was first class on replying to all emails very quickly and was super friendly and helpful. Even with the covid restrictions ; ryan dropped the car off at home and took our old car - change over was super easy and fast - car was immaculate. Couldnt of asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!!

I would like to give you a feedback on my recent encounter with you colleague from Suzuki, Lisa who helped me with my Suzuki Vitara issue few days ago. Lisa showed an exceptional level of customer service from the first conversation with me. She arranged for my car rear suspension parts to be replaced under the warranty. Lisa went out of her way to collect the car and to bring it back to my house. She demonstrated the first class service which I was WOWED with. She was very passionate, polite and I can not thank her enough for the service she delivered. She even arranged for my car to be deep cleaned inside out! I would like this to be acknowledged as Lisa is your great asset. Thank you for your first class service. I will certainly shout about it to my friends and family.

Just purchased my 2nd Suzuki Swift from the Town and Country Cars Ash branch, from Dominic. Mike, Ryan and Gary were all very helpful. Not at all pushy, very welcoming, polite and informative, a credit to the Suzuki franchise. If you are thinking about buying a new or used car, definitely give these guys a call.

My Suzuki Ignis from Town & Country Cars is a pleasure to drive , made more so by having the helpful and understanding staff at Town and Country Cars in Aldershot. I know that when I have any concerns at all - yesterday there was a funny noise and an odd judder - I can go and ask for someone to have a look and reassure me when there is nothing to worry about!

I purchased a VW Passat from here back in July. The car could have been cleaner and in better condition but it was a good, fair price. the only issues i have had with the car is the flywheel but that was resolved quickly and easily under warranty. The dealers have been really helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to family and friends.
