Brought a vehicle from townfield car sales within 3 days it had broken down got in touch with the dealer only for them to send a second hand part out to me to arrange the part to be fitted myself git the part fitted only to have the vehicle working for 4 days it then was 8 weeks before they accepted the vehicle back I found the whole experience with townfield very poor

We have just bought an Audi TT through 'Townfield' all the staff were very helpful and the car was as described in the internet, when we viewed and took a Test Drive, on Saturday. Were offered a great price for Part X and did the deal. The Car required to be MOT'd so went to 'pick it up' on Tuesday, all done & dusted Staff assisted to change over Personalised Plates, Tax and Docs to Swansea. Drove away happy ....... Recently bought a ford focus zech's which they delivered for free of charge commcation and services was beyond brilliant we did have a minor problem with the car a on SUNDAY whitch I rang town field car sales and they got it pick up within the hour and got it into ford garage I honestly can't be more happy with the car and all round quantity of customer service and car I got ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought a focus estate and it needed a injector replacing bought it on a thursday picked it up on a monday with all 4 injectors replaced couldent help me enough Great staff and Mike and he.s mother where lovely people

Bought my new car two weeks ago and just wanted to say how pleased with my overall experience of purchasing from Townfield. Having found the Audi on the internet I was able to arrange a visit the following weekend to view the car. It was just as discribed and was able to agree a price for my old car in part exchange. Being able to drive away the same day with my new car was great.
