About two years ago i brought a Suzuki Sx4 and left a review about there service then. I had not have the vehicle very long when i was involve in a serious accident .the vehicle was a right off. I was off work for 4 months . I had my licence took away from me because it was a medical reason .so last year i reapply for another licence with my GP backing . And i have been given a short term licence so they review me again later next year. I was so please tracks was still in bussiness ..so i went back to tracks and brought a baleno . There service is still great and polite .i wish tracks all the best for another 10 to 20 years hopefully in bussiness selling Suzuki cars .

Today our Suzuki Swift went into Tracks of Exeter for a service. All went well with the service but was informed by phone that the two front tyres needed replacing. Agreed to have them replaced while in the garage. Car ready within the agreed time and car cleaned inside and out! Excellent service and also first class staff who are very attentive to detail. I responded to a request to have fixing bolts replaced on the rear axle of my Suzuki Vitara SZ-T and attended Tracks Of Exeter on Friday 19th June 2020. I have a 4 year service contract which I took out with Tracks of Exeter from new and we are in the 3rd year of that contract. All the staff at Tracks Exeter have been welcoming, friendly and very helpful every time I have had reason to visit. On this occasion, on arrival my car was visually pre-examined, as always, and then with ‘Covid 19’ precautions my keys were handed over and I was advised it would take 45 mins to 1 hour to complete the work. Due to ‘Covid 19’, waiting in the rest area was not an option, so as I have done before, I went for a walk along the Exeter Ship Canal no more than 200m away. I returned after 1 hour. The car was ready, the receptionist was smiling, the vehicle technician offered me friendly advice about my tyres and I drove off as a completely satisfied customer once again. Many thanks to all at Tracks of Exeter.

A warm welcome greeted me in this marvellous Exeter dealership on a 'bad weather' morning. The service provided that day went beyond being exceptional; as it always has in my experience. There is a feeling of absolute reliability emanating from staff front of house and the mechanical treatment area, which older folk like me value immensely. Returning a few hours later after being weather stressed in the city, the immediate offer of a cup of tea worked wonders. I wasn't just a customer. I was among friends, who cared for me as well as my car which was being serviced.

Tracks of Exeter is a brilliant car dealership, with whom I have dealt for a considerable number of years. Their service is impeccable and they are always polite, friendly and professional. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel valued: nothing is too much for them.
