Very efficient service from Tracks of Taunton, car was cleaned, Valeted and ready on time. Coupled with a lift into Taunton couldn't be better!.

I had a 25000 mile service carried out on Suzuki Ignis at Tracks of Taunton. They found a couple of faults and sent us video showing them. They put the faults right and also valeted the car. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoy going to Tracks of Taunton. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. My last visit was made as the result of car having a very damaged clutch which happened when I was taking my friend with vascular Dementia on a jaunt! I was rescued by the AA and towed to Tracks .They were helpful and reassuring.I was supplied with a car with which I could return my friend to his Care Home. When I went to collect my repaired car,I had already been told it was a difficult and costly job and when I arrived they showed me the wreckage and Bill explained sympathetically why the cost was high while Ryan went and made me coffee ! I really felt well looked after and was very grateful .I-shall be very pleased for the all at Tracks to be highly commended for their excellent care and good work

We have used Tracks of Taunton for many years. We can only praise them. They are a great example for other dealers to emulate. (If only!)

Had to have a replacement petrol cover. Tracks of Taunton were quick and efficient. Was a bit disappointed that the car was not valeted as this was the second time I had to take the car in. It has always been valeted in the past but the new staff did not ask or offer as they have in the past.

The staff are outstanding at the Tracks of Taunton Suzuki branch, so very helpful. Gave me a lift into town while my car being serviced very nice touch thank you great service.
