The experience was amazing. The car we chose was clean and ready on the day of the test drive as I had a good long drive to get there, very accommodating. I was looking to upgrade to an estate and they checked that the car seats fitted before we continued with the test drive. They were more than helpful, I can't sing their praises enough. Sophia was fantastic and nothing seemed like it was too much work. She ran though all the paperwork, the history, optional extras. The whole experience from start to finish was the highlight, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I wanted a Jaguar for a while and it is fabulous. I saw it on Autotrader and it looked nice and cared after so I went for it. As soon as I got to Trade Cars 4 U it was just a case of everything was perfect. The way they treated me was a lot better than everywhere else I’d been to. Very happy. They answered every question I gave them, the sales lady was great, not pushy, just nice genuine people. I’ve already recommended them to people as I got good treatment.

I saw the BMW on Autotrader and I’m well happy with it. They were brilliant. Very easy, nice people to deal with. I will use again. Superb.

The car I bought is beautiful. I’d been searching for a few years as I’m a Mercedes man. l got the spec I needed and the E-Class was the best value. The sales guys were very honest people about what they were selling. John was wonderful. I've never come across such an honest person in my life. They sold me a wonderful car.

The dealer has a lot of positive reviews on Google and I don’t normally trust dealerships but these seemed to know what they are doing. They were very helpful, attentive and got back to me in a reasonable time. Smooth process. Effortless on my side.

excellent service and help from Trade Cars 4 U

I wanted a car for the wife, Trade Cars 4 U had the Discovery we wanted and it was well presented online. Since having the car there have been a couple of lights that come on and off but nothing to worry about. Sofia dealt with us on the day and they were prompt in their service.
