excellent service and help from Trade Cars 4 U

I wanted a car for the wife, Trade Cars 4 U had the Discovery we wanted and it was well presented online. Since having the car there have been a couple of lights that come on and off but nothing to worry about. Sofia dealt with us on the day and they were prompt in their service.

Trade Cars 4 U aren’t local to me but had the Honda I was after. When I collected the car I was speaking to the valeter who takes a pride in his work, all the cars look amazing. On my way home the tyre pressure warning light came on so had to pull over and check the tyres. I checked the spare tyre and that was low so I topped that up. Overall, I’m very pleased with the car and the team were all professional.

I can honestly say Sofia and John have provided a excellent service, I bought the car unseen and it was exactly how it was described (if not better) , i can highly recommend buying from them it was seamless throughout and even organised delivery at a time to suit me , I will be going back next time im looking to buy a car

I bought a Raptor from Trade Cars 4 U and its bang on. I told them what I wanted and they pulled it out the bag and picked it for me. The woman that helped me was great to deal with. They even took a picture of me stood on step of the Raptor with a big cheesy smile and thumbs up. They were a dream to work with.

Loving the Q5. On the day I had four to view, this one was the first. The dealership was just really nice, people there were lovely, everyone was willing to help. I can’t praise them enough to be honest, helpful in every way imaginable.

I had a good experience with Trade Cars 4 U, John was great. I had a 2 seater but wanted 4 seats and they had the Audi I wanted. I spoke to them over the phone, then came over with my car from Belfast on the ferry, the guys were waiting for me and went through everything, it was great.

The process went quick. My last car broke down so I needed a car to get to and from work. After searching for a while I found a Seat Arona that I liked at Trade Cars 4 U. I had a few small issues but haven't had chance to contact them about it. The car had existing finance on it which took a while to clear, and slowed things down. However, the salesperson I dealt with went through all the details including the warranty even offering to go over the car with me, but I was already fine with it.

Having not had a car for a few months, I went to Trade Cars 4 U as I know one of the Sales guys there. I explained what I wanted from a car and he suggested three models that would meet my requirements. The service provided was brilliant from first contact to collection of the car. I can't fault them.
