I could not give 0 stars and that it should deserve. I have purchased a car from there 1 month and 1 week ago. My luck was that the check engine warning light turned on so I took it to the mechanic. they have informed me that to repair the car will cost 1600 pounds, gave me the invoice with all that is not ok with it and having a long discussion with the Mechanic (and after looking at the pre-delivery inspection paper) said: yeah it is not right what they did, and pointed out that some things where ticked as being ok and they were not. Yes the offered a warranty but guess what: the warranty company want me to take the care to the dealers mechanic (the same that said the car is ok) It is not worth it, no basic knowledge about customer service or even good manners.
