As far as the car's concerned I've had no problems at all. It's driving well, seems to have solid mechanics and is good on fuel. The customer care I received at the dealership was great. There was some confusion at points in the sales process, but the salesman who was assisting me noticed my frustration, apologised and calmed me down. He recognised things could've been more efficient and that recognition and apology meant a lot to me at the time. I'm really happy with everything and have only awarded 4.5* because nobody ever gets 100%

We're lucky to live locally to the biggest car supermarket in Wales, Trade Centre in Neath. We've bought from them before as have always received good service, and his time was no different. Our old car had broken down so they went the extra mile and arranged transportation to get us to the dealership so we could collect our new Toyota Aygo. We appreciated this very much indeed.

I can’t give anything less than 5 stars because the team at The Trade Centre Wales (Neath) was absolutely brilliant. After driving away I had a small tyre issue, but the team was more than happy to help and resolved it quickly. Both the sales team and the aftercare team were incredibly supportive... I can’t fault them. Most importantly, I felt completely comfortable during my visit to the dealership – exactly the kind of experience you hope for when buying a car.

I’m getting on fine with my Citroen so far. I’ve had a few teething problems with the clutch and accelerator (it's got a pretty high biting point) but I think it’s just a matter of getting used to it. Whilst a little more detail about the warranty would've been helpful, everything else was handled great and considering these guys sell 1000's of cars every month I seriously can't knock them.

Honestly I can’t fault the team at The Trade Centre Wales branch. We drove away in a Hyundai but after a few miles we noticed the brakes didn’t feel quite right. I called the team, and they were more than happy to take the car back immediately for investigation. The brakes were sorted quickly, and since then, the car has been faultless. I’m happy to give them a high score for their excellent service and responsiveness.
