Having bought my last few cars from here, I'm hoping I have better luck with this Citroen C3 as I've managed to write the last two off haha - whoops! Fingers crossed I won't be back anytime soon, but I wanted to show my appreciation to the team at the Trade Centre for always exceeding my expectations.

We collected a VW Tiguan from TTCW a couple of weeks ago & the kids absolutely love it - I'm sure it's got something do with the trays in the back which are ideal for their iPads. We'd not visited the dealership before but as they've got hundreds of cars in stock at really competitive prices, we decided to make the trip over. Our childcare let us down at the last minute which is typical, so we had the kids in tow which was less than ideal but the chaps were all brilliant. They listened to what we wanted & pointed us in the right direction of cars that matched our criteria, leaving us to browse in peace. Anytime we wanted to look at something, they pulled it round for us so we could get the kids in etc which was a massive help. We decided on the Tiguan but needed to get the kids fed before finalising paperwork, so they put the car on hold for us whilst we went and grabbed food nearby. Everything was ready & waiting for us when we returned and we drove away with the new car in no time at all. Considering it could've been the day from hell, their service made everything as easy as it could've been and we're really thankful for their patience and understanding.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the team at TTCW for their assistance last week when buying my Citroen C3. I'm not sure if you'll remember us as you probably see so many customers every day, but my step-dad's got mobility issues. He's asked me to give you a special mention because you went the extra mile in bringing the car across to him, which given his condition, he appreciated more than you could know. Me & the wife have bought four or five vehicles from the Trade Centre Wales before now. We've never had a bad car so I take my hat off to them. I can't fault them! They've got a huge amount of cars in stock and I've never felt pressured when I'm having a look around. There's nothing worse than having someone hassle you every 5 minutes., but they give you time to have a browse in peace without mithering. We've just collected a Peugeot 2008. I've driven about 80 miles in it and absolutely love it. We’re constantly singing their praises to friends and family, so I promised I’d finally leave a review online and here it is! I bought our twin daughters first car, Doris, from The Trade Centre in Wales so it was my first stop once our son passed his test. He’s now the proud owner of a Vauxhall Corsa we’ve named Dave. We’re just waiting for his black box and front/rear cameras to be installed this weekend before he hits the road. We’re very satisfied with the car, the service, and the after-sales support...it’s been a fantastic investment. We’re genuinely impressed and will definitely be back for a third car when the time's right.

The staff at TTCW were all really helpful and I was on the road in my new Juke the same day. I'd not bought from them before, but I'd definitely go back next time I'm looking to change my car.

We adored our little Vauxhall Viva so when my husband was recently in an accident and the car was written off, we knew we wanted another just like it. At our age it’s nice to stick with what’s familiar and comfortable. We were happy to find the same model in stock at The Trade Centre in Wales which is right nearby. The staff there were wonderful, kind, attentive, and especially thoughtful. A lovely young lady in the office even made us a cup of tea while we waited which was very much appreciated.
