This was my 1st time using The Trade Centre, I didn't read many nice reviews online, but thought I would give them a go. I am pleased to say I experienced a 5 star service and didn't experience anything like the reviews said online. The car is good and I would be happy to use them if I saw another car there I liked.

Great car from Trade Centre, the Seat Leon is running well. Had a minor issue with the tyres but it wasn't anything they would have been aware of unless they took the wheels off. I found the salesman good, there was quite a lengthy wait from when I found the car to doing to paper work and had to chase them up a couple of times. But overall its been a good experience and I'm happy with the car.

I was after getting a new car for my Mrs, so we went to The Trade Centre for a browse. After some time we were going to leave then saw the BMW as we left and it was the perfect price for our budget so we bought it. The salesman was good with us and got everything sorted for us with a problem. When the time comes for a new car I would likely consider them again.

This isn't our first purchase from The Trade Centre and I doubt it will be the last time we will use them, we recommend them to everyone and my brother and a friend has bought a car from them! We wanted to upgrade our 12 year old Audi, and the chap (I cannot remember his name) but we was fab, he helped us buy a great Mercedes and it definitely was the upgrade we needed! Honestly it was a pleasure to buy from them.

When I was considering buying a car from The Trade Centre, I was unsure because some of the reviews I had read weren't very positive. However, I'm so glad we decided to visit, as my experience was nothing like the reviews – they were excellent! Initially, I did find the phone communication lacking, but the customer service more than made up for it. When we mentioned that we had animals to get back to, the salesman ensured the entire process was quick for us. After we got home with the car, they called to let us know that they had realized they forgot to address something with the wheels, which I had paid for. They promptly arranged to fix it at a time that suited me. I was really impressed with their honesty! Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

No problems with my Ford Kuga, it's all good. The team are friendly and make everything straightforward. Hopefully Ill have this car for a while but if the right car came up in the future I would use them again.

I have now bought from The Trade Centre 3 times and I am always satisfied. My most recent purchase was a Kia Picanto and its suiting me well. I did have some minor faults with the car post sale, but as soon as I brought this to the aftersales department, they had this sorted for me with no questions asked.

I have had a good thing going with this dealership, this is the 3rd time I've bought a vehicle from them and they are just great. This time, I knew I wanted a Juke, as I had one previously. Unfortunately, the new model didn’t come with a CD player like my old one, but I found an adapter which has been amazing. The customer service was brilliant, as always. There was a minor issue with the initial salesman, which I think was just a training matter, but the second representative I spoke with quickly reassured me and resolved the situation. Overall, it was another great experience, and I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for an upgrade!

All is running well with my Kia Sportage I recently purchased from these guys. Stefan who was my salesman was really nice, answered all my questions. Really happy and would rate my overall experience 5 stars.

We bought a Kia Picanto for our Granddaughter who is learning to drive. All the staff were just fine, no complaints with the service we have received from them. There is a issue with the cupholder in the car, but we are hoping the trade centre can help with the repair or replacement. I have found the experience a positive one and would consider buying from them again in the future.
